I recently returned a chiffon bolero jacket weighing 2-3 ounces. Not wishing to spend $30-40% of the items value to get a tracking number I returned it to the company via priority mail with their form inside the package as directed. My return address was clearly written. Well, a month has passed and sure enough they are saying it was not received. I consider this highly unlikely! Back & forth with their customer service and bottom line is they refuse to refund my $28. Perhaps now they can sell it to collect an additional $28 but, they have lost me (and maybe others here who value customer service and a reasonable return policy) as a customer. I have two more family weddings upcoming and will NOT be looking for my dresses at JJ's House!

I order a dress a week ago. I was told yes to all the customization. I was told since I needed it sooner. It will get here the 28th. Six days later receive email telling me they can not do it. Customization seems to have limitations. You pay 20 dollars for customization for nothing. I feel like they just pick a dress that is already made and make minir changes. Then I was told that if I agreed to how they would do the dress I will receive two or 4 days after the wedding. It was not even my fault. I requested a change of dress and they were nice enough to do it, but they tell me I will receive the dress the 24 or 26 after the wedding. Communication is horrible since I'm in the east coast and the are in China. All communication is text and email. No calls unless you want to pay international call. Do yourself a favor and do not use this website. I wish the bride would have used a local site in the USA.

I ordered a dress and matching skirt on this site to wear to a wedding. The dress had a few custom measurements about the waist but somehow they sent it cut at the wrong length? The skirt was reportedly delivered but I never received it. When I contacted them (multiple times) they refused to take responsibility and made me inquire with THEIR carriers. They offered a 40% discount - making me bear the brunt of a loss that was their duty to prevent. Now I'm out $330 with no outfit for my event. I will never give them business again!

Ok, this is rich. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and when I explained the situation with the rep - without even hearing the name of the company - she goes, 'Is that JJ's House? My wedding was last year and they lost my dress twice and finally delivered the third time. Then they fought me on the refunds for the first two missing orders!' Apparently, this is a pattern with them.

The jewelry was hard to choose from lots of options. I bought pieces for bridesmaids the bride and the mothers of bride and groom. Only 2 of 15 pieces were disappointing one the clasp won't open and the other the necklace won't sit right like a piece was put on incorrectly!

So I had ordered a 6.5 shoe and the shoes that they sent me were definitely a 7. No big deal, I figured I would just contact them for an exchange, well they don't except exchanges only returns, and when they send you the new pair you still have to pay for the shipping Again. OK fine no big deal, I contacted the site twice and they kept telling me that they would send me a return slip within 24 hours and never sent it to me. And they just kept telling me contact us back in 24 hours. It really seems like the site is designed to make returns impossible so that you have to purchase another item. I won't be purchasing from them again

A dress I ordered on line arrived the day before I came away on holiday. I tried it on and very sadly doesn't fit.
To get in touch you have to input a code. Every time the code is invalid and just deletes my whole message.
Just read reviews and now think I won't be able to obtain a refund.

Purchased a Mother of the Bride dress and it didn't fit. There is no one to call and the emails I've sent(and there have been many) have gone unanswered. I just want to return the dress and get my money back. Don't risk it!

Ordered several try-on dresses. The process was quick and easy. It was nice being able to check out the different styles and sizes to determine which one fits well so I was more confident when it came time to order my dress for my daughters wedding. The return process was also easy. Added the label that came with the dresses and dropped at the UPS store nearby.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about buying a dress online. It was so beautiful and I took the dive. Then when I realized the company was in China after I purchased, I got nervous that I would not get the dress on time and would it fit. Well the shipping wasn't as long as I thought. The dress arrived and it is beautiful. I ordered my regular size 10 and it is a bit snug in the bodice but loosing a couple of lbs won't hurt.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
