Don't be afraid of ordering the No Return sample gowns. I ordered one and it was every bit as beautiful for $50 as the other more expensive ones. Be sure about your size (I found the gowns run small.) Since you can't get a refund. On another order - it arrived too late - and the refund was slow. Lost $40 with the re-stocking fee even though the gown was never taken out of the box. So be sure when you are ordering.

Don't buy anything from here unless can wait months to receive order. They give u date and nothing. U contact them and just keep getting messages saying ready to ship but never ships.

The site has beautiful gowns, and styles. The lace dresses I have purchased on here are of very good quality. The site can sometimes be difficult to view items as there are drop boxes of other products they sell that sometimes obstruct what you are trying to view. I would like to see many other fabrics used besides chiffon and satin as chiffon has a tendency to stay rumpled. I love the lace dresses and also the sales. Would be nice to see more color selections for larger sizes like 16w and plus that are on sale.

Please do not waste your money! I did a custom dress, and the hem was 2 inches shorter on one side than the other. I seriously cannot believe they would send it out that way. At first they tried to tell me I could not return it because it was a custom dress. I would have understood that if it had been my mistake. Then they tried to tell me I measured wrong. It was perfect everywhere else. When they ruched the dress, the seamstress jacked up too much material. Finally, I got a partial refund. A partial refund for defective merchandise! A terrible company with sub par merchandise!

First time using this website to buy for flower girl dresses. I bought three items. A lingerie, a size 8 flower girl dress and a size 4 flower girl dresses. They shipped these items in two separate packages. The first packaged that I received was a lingerie and a size 8 dress however they're website said that the first package should have the lingerie and the size 4 flower girl dresses. The next packaged that I received was I am pretty sure a samsung screen glass protector because my husband and I were wondering on who ordered it because no one of us has samsung galaxy. So I threw all the shipping boxes and I threw the samsung glass protector coz I thought we didn't buy it so why do we have to keep it? Then when I checked online later on that day, the website said the second package which was the size 4 flower girl dress was delivered... but I didn't receive any of the item? So I contacted the costumer service and they were asking me a bunch of what's the weigth of the shipping box? What's the barcode of the item? Maybe it's in your neighborhood bunch of crap. Those things that they are asking me which I dont have because who in the right mind weigth a package and keep a box? I didn't receive any barcode of the dress. They sent wrong items and won't refund me for that one dress that they know for sure didn't ship. I fall for this scam so please people stay away from This website. I dont recommend this website at all. Please dont fall for this scam. Thank you. This website has scammed hundreds and thousands of people worldwide. I'm not the only one who has a worse experience from this website. Hopefully my reviews will stop some of you to be a victim because I was one of them. Pictures were the items I received and the size 4 flower girl is missing.

This is a pretty special case for us. Your order has split to two packages: One includes a bra and a flower girl dress in size 4; The other one includes a flower girl dress in size 8. These two dresses were sent from two different warehouses. It is impossible for us to mix these two dresses up. But you mentioned that you had received only one package within a bra and a flower girl dress in size 8. As we mentioned in the mail, we need some necessary pictures to investiigate further. It is particularly helpful for us to check the tag of the flower girl dress you received. It's a small sticker on the inner bag, on which you could find item ID, color, size, etc.
As to the samsung glass screen protector, we have contacted the delivery company and the logistic department to make a serious investigation. We will definitely give our customers a settlement as soon as the survey results come out. It will be appreciated if you could send us the pictures of the samsung glass screen protector you received.

In the event of a cancellation, even prior to ship date, they somehow justify keeping 20% of your money. The communication with the company is complex and slow justifying pushing my cancellation past the 72-hour time frame. I will not be doing any additional business with this company as it seems cancellations are a profit center.

This website is by far the best company to get attire from. I purchased a dress from them and it fit perfectly! Its so beautiful and has amazing quality stitching and fabric. And if that wasnt the seller then heres the best part, i reached out to customer service in fear that i would not receive my dress by the date of my event. They immediately responded, opened a ticket and let me know/reassured me that it would come in before my event. 10/10 for customer service, speediness and quality! Need to exchange for a different size but can't contact company without order number which I deleted. They retrieved my data and are working with me. Dress quality is great and I'm excited about it. Next time I'd use the try on at home option since there is no paperwork included in a standard order.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague

Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. We do understand you want to get the package as soon as possible for your sister's wedding. Since the dress in your order needs 12-15 days for tailoring, the whole package reached you within 3 weeks as promised.
Due to time difference, currently emails are preferred. We replied all your messages in one email, and others were closed with the same automated reminder emails for a smooth communication. We are so sorry that the duplicate reminder made you feel annoyed.
Besides the size problem, it is a pity to learn that the quality does not meet your expectations either. We notice your return request has been responsed in the same day:
