Shipping rates are crazy and you cannot shop with confidence as you will be charged for refund shipping as well. I made that mistake and asked them for assistance as the dress did not fit my daughter and the return shipping was more then half the cost of the CHEAP QUALITY dress, they said to return the item and send them prove of shipping and they will refund it, ok np I thought that's great….I send them the proof, they respond with denying ever saying that. What?! It's in our email!

Do not buy from this company. Bought a dress for my mother-in-law. Need to return. Customer service is terrible. Website is bogus for returns. It won't allow you to proceed with the specific return. We never received the dresses ordered or a refund. We've been emailing them over a month and they keep stalling and saying they need to 'speak to another department' before they can ship the dresses. We are now just asking for a refund because I do not want to deal with this company any more. We are reporting them to UK Trading Standards as this is fraud.

Ordered Mother of the Bride gown…it arrived in a timely manner. It fit well and only had to have it shortened a bit.
Dress bags arrived in a timely manner. They are very long and will hold the gown very well without scrunching or wrinkling it…great price.
Decorative silver purse…arrived on time. Very satisfied with all above purchases.

I'm so glad I found JJ's house! They have a large selection of beautiful dresses.& their "try before you buy" is foolproof! I selected 2 dresses, fell in love with one of them & sent the other back…how easy was that! Reasonably priced as well; my dress will be worn at my daughter's wedding & I saved hundreds of $$—more left to put towards the endless costs of a big wedding so I am thrilled. JJ's House, you rock!

I ordered a dress and it was beautiful, so I decided to order two more and choose the one I liked the best. When I inquired about their return policy to return the two dresses I wouldn't be choosing, I GOT NO WHERE! Other than "must be returned within 14 days. The email they told me to contact was no good and they refused to help me. They continually said to contact them at that email THAT WAS UNREACHABLE! So I decided to just return the two dresses that I ordered after I received the first one. I sent them back REFUSED/UNOPENED so there would be no discrepancy what their return policy is and get a full refund. I went back-and-forth for days and never did get an answer or any resolution. If you don't want any headaches before the big day, SHOP ELSEWHERE. Oh… they DON'T HAVE A PHONE! THIS IS ALL DONE THROUGH "CHAT" on messenger! They refused to help me get through to they're return department. If you have to get a different size or color GOOD LUCK! YOU'LL GET NO HELP! I'm getting a headache just "reliving" my experience writing this.

If you plan to order a dress, do not plan to need a different size or exchange or purchase of a new dress. You will be paying for all shippings, restocking, the dress and the new dress even if it is in their 15 day period. They do not work well with you, and have poor customer service. Their policy is not clear up front and I do NOT recommend buying a dress from here unless you know 100% you will fit into the dress or you will be out a lot of money. Take your business elsewhere.

They denied my payment then took two weeks to approve it
and they shipped it pretty quick after but it is too tight and I went up 4 sizes then my usual size I even wore a body suit it's super tight on my upper back and by my arm pits it fits great everywhere else I want to go up a size but don't want to be with out a dress in case it doesn't come in time.

Hi I always do excellent five star reviews! However today it is going to be a one star if that! I purchased a dress online from JJs House and tried to cancel it. There is NO phone only an email option...which they do not respond to! The live chat is useless, they can't confirm the cancellation of my order that I placed the day before. Then they left my order in processing charged my credit card and still haven't refunded and my order isn even cancelled. Just an FYI i cancelled my order within 24 hours of placing it. So I had to do a credit card dispute due to the lack of customer service.

After the order was cancelled, the customer service replied to your request within 24 hours. You may search the title "Cancel Order: I am not willing to pay the shipping fee" or "Your order has been suspended" for the emails from customer service.
The customer service in Livechat has created a new message for you and the customer service for offline messages has received it. They will give your a reply within 24 hours.

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
