Horrible customer service that is strictly via email with "playbook" answers and no resolution. This company is NOT professional and does NOT honor their return policy. Do not utilize them for anything!

Have been shopping for a mother of the groom dress for October, 2023 wedding. So many dresses to choose from but the website has good filters to help narrow your choices so you don't have to view sleeveless or short sleeve dresses if you are interested in long sleeves. I ordered a total of 6 try on dresses and 3 swatches before I made my final decision. When my dress came it was everything I had hoped it to be. Use the sizing guide if you don't want a custom dress. I ordered a standard size and the only alteration I will need is the length shortened. The sizes are accurate to the measurements they provided. I will purchase again from JJ's house without question.

Dress poorly made, cheap material, arm length far longer than stated, looked more like a nightgown!
RETURNS this is where they get you, they'll send you a return postage label and you pay return, fair enough, then the RESTOCKING FEES are added, the EXTRA POSTAGE on top of the postage you've already paid plus insurance, they've got you every way because they take the money from your refund!
Customer service is appalling, I was offer 40% refund, 50% credit for my next order. I pointed out its prohibited by law in the uk to charge restocking fees, they then said 'they'd credit that', then after I left a bad review (not on their website as unless your leaving 4*/5* they don't put your review to show other customers) I got an email saying "customer satisfaction is our priority but because you left a bad review we not longer will return the restocking fee! Absolutely appalling company for dresses that are NOT made to order because if that was the case every item ordered you could tell them your sizes and would arrive perfect for you!

BEWARE: I wish I could give a better review but the customer service and products are subpar. I ordered swatches in every color green and red. I found the color green in the satin finish that was perfect. I then ordered a "custom" dress in the "Dark Green" satin fabric that matched the swatch. The dress I received didn't use the same fabric as the swatch. The color was wrong, the feel was different, there was no sheen to the satin, it wasn't shiny at all, completely dull finish and color. I've been trying to work with JJs to get the issue resolved but have been unsuccessful. I was told the color, feel and sheen is expected to be different because it's a different roll of fabric used from the swatch. Then I'm told from other custom service reps if I order the regular size it will match the swatch. I ordered a "try-on" dress in the satin dark green and it was perfect, same feel, color, sheen to the swatch. The try-on dress I paid $10 for was the wrong size so I asked if I order another dress and don't order custom measurements will the fabric match the swatch and the try-on? One person said no, the swatches will always be slightly off, another said yes, order the regular in stock size but then I was told every dress is made to order. So if all dresses are made to order, then why is there a $20 fee to provide custom measurements? The only positive thing I can say about JJshouse.com is the dress quality was very nicely made. However, the custom measurements I provided for the dark green dress that I received that used completely different fabric didn't actually fit the bridesmaid. The measurements of the dress were different than the measurements I provided. The other major concern, when you try to submit a review for the product, they only accept 4 and 5 star reviews. If you enter a 1,2 or 3 star review, they refuse to post your negative review.

I have had 6 dresses and 6 swatches sent to me on 2 occasions (went from short dress to long dress choices). Service was so quick and everything was exactly as expected; I was even contacted within hours with some assistance I needed. I ultimately ordered a long dress after trying several on in my 2nd "try-on" order. Each style choice was beautiful so the decision was hard. I am ordering a "custom sized" dress (where else could you get a dress that fits you perfectly for $2?!) I will be going only to JJ for beautiful dresses for every ocassion.

I ordered a dress for my 82 yr old Mom. Received wrong color and the dress did not fit. I returned the dress Company Received dress. I paid $185 for the dress Jj house is only willing to pay me a $80 refund. Thats a $105 return / processing fee. I call it ROBBERY! WILL NEVER ORDER OR ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THIS

It was hard for me to shop for MOB dresses in department stores as I am disabled but JJ's House had a great selection in many styles and colors. The best feature is the ability to try on dresses at home and determine what style, color and size best suited me. The dress I finally chose was comfortable, true to size, and a wonderful color for a summer wedding. My family liked the dress as well. In all, shopping at JJ's House is a great experience and I will come back to shop again soon.
