I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this online store. I found the dress of my dreams for my wedding reception and was surprised at the price being under $100. I received a high quality dress that looked and felt amazing! Not only that, but originally I ordered said dress too small. The store made returns fast and easy and I had the correct size less than a week later. I didn't have to do alterations which was a surprise since I have a curvy figure. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion.

There are so many options to choose from at reasonable pricepoints and quick! Reviews by others helped me make my final decision. I love that you can order your own custom sizing for a little extra, saving me quite a bit more by not having to worry about alterations as my proportions are all over the place. As long as the lead time is accurate I will have a little extra time to prepare for the big day. I hope it continues as smoothly and can't wait to receive my dress!

I ordered a dress for my wife. She wears size 10, but we ordered size 12 just in case. Actual dress was shipped from Asia with a shipping cost $20. The delivered dress size is too small, probaly size 6 or so even though the label is size 12. Asked for a refund becuase size is too small. After shipping the item to somewhere in US with UPS (shipping label received by email). Acutal refund cost is $36.19 less than I paid initially, which is quite different from the amouint specified in the refund email ($8 for return cost)

I'm pregnant, I purchased a custom maternity dress. I sent in very clear instructions on my sizing. They sent me a dress that was made COMPLETELY wrong and looks terrible. Like worse than a trash bag. And it falls right off my body if I don't hold it on. I reached out to them and expected a very quick apology and refund or remake of the dress. INSTEAD they have been emailing me for over a week trying to get me to accept a partial refund. The dress is completely useless to me because they made it wrong. I don't want it and a partial refund is useless. I cannot believe they treat customers this way when they make a dress in error. Not to mention now I have to HUSTLE to find a dress that does work for my brother's wedding.

I got a gown for my son's future wedding and believe me I went everywhere looking for a gown for my size there are not too many nice gowns or colors which I like I went on this website I saw a gown I really loved I ordered it and I can say that I am extremely pleased with the gown the material is really good and a beautiful color I order the dress in Grape and the color is absolutely gorgeous and the best of all was the price. So if you want a gorgeous dress don't hesitate order it you won't regret it at all. Thank you JJ house for my experience with your company I will be purchasing more dresses here.

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and paid $22 for shipping just to never receive the dress, it was shipped and carried through a horrible company called LaserShip, they returned the dress and I contacted JJ's House via email bc the company has no real representatives, they use bot customer service( live chats) and there is no a phone number to receive assistance. I was told I'd receive my dress immediately before June 18th countless times but that did not happen, I ended up getting a dress from another company which was way better. Till this day I haven't received a refund. Don't order from their website the customer service is terrible

The dress dis not resemble photo. I returned it, noting on website it said within 7 days. There was no return information in the package, only a returns address on the box. When I replied to an email saying I'd returned dress I had a rude email back informing me that I'd only receive 40% of a refund due to me not including a returns form with the dress which they would have sent. The process was completely unclear and I wonder if this is how they make their money because the dresses certainly won't.
