I track the shipment, but the cusotmer service center said I have to wait for one month. However, I saw the track record that the cargo already landed in my country and no one deliver it to me. No trace no of DHL. It is very poor customer service and delivery efficiency.

I absolutely love JJ's House! They have so many beautiful choices of dresses and accessories and much more. I have ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, 2 try on a home dresses, a wedding veil, and color swatches. They all come at the promised times. I also their points system that encourage me to buy more! Do NOT order a dress form this company, I did and never received the dress. They claim it was delivered, it certainly was not. Can not even rate this company...Now have to go to local store to find a dress for event... not happy!
They claim it was delivered, it was not, I went to post office, they have no record of it. I checked with my neighbors, still no and I do live in a very nice gated community.

Usually, for the goods delivered, we suggest you check the front door, and the garden and also chat with your neighbours who might have helped you do that. Also, our customers can pick up the parcel by directly contacting your local shipping company. If not, customers would probably get the proof of not delivering successfully. If you provide such proof like that, we would like to issue a full refund.

My experience was 5, the price, the quality of my dress had a lot of ruching accents sewn beautifully, the color shown and described online was spot on too! Arrived on time, easy to order and follow the progress until it arrived! Simply elegant, love this company!

Ordered a big hat for an upcoming wedding. It finally arrived and was complete garbage. Shipped in too small a box which was very flimsy and had no padding. Box looked like it had been stomped on several times. Hat inside had brim folded over itself in three or four places and had been smashed so much that brim now had sharp creases which will not come out. Crown also smashed in. Not going to the trouble to try and return it to this Chinese firm. Hat is unusable and unsavable. Will go in the garbage which is all it is good for at this point. Shame on this firm for such shoddy shipping. Would never order anything from them again!

I ordered dress in plenty of time. Several conversations regarding not receiving it when promised, on the first date(s), took place (see picture from 7/22. Dates on bottom right). Another promised date came and went as did the event. If you return your item(s) plan on getting back significantly less than you paid. They have various fees that are subtracted from your purchase price. Their response: "We understand your feelings and frustrations" and then they continued listing the five fees that would be included: "5% restocking fee..., shipping fee, label fee, part of the VAT, and shipping insurance."

I ordered two sample size dresses to check them out and I was so impressed. The quality, the construction, the details, the style, all above and beyond. I also love that customers share photos of themselves in the dresses so I did that too. I love the variety of colors and versatility of the styles plus they can be custom-made AND they are affordable. What else is there to say? Good work.

They wanted the tracking code for my return of the dress I ordered. I never thought to get it because I had my husband drop it off at the post office I never thought it'd be an issue. I know they received my dress! They are just an unethical and scam business. First, before i retuned my dress they saii couldnt then they changed their mind ((weird)))! :D But that's ok greed won't buy you everything. Karma always wins and your business is trash. My dress was about 150 dollars, I know I returned it. Keep my money but are trash people! Junkkkkk. Probably a bunch of Asians working for pennies. Get a real job

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.

Answer: I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.

Answer: Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
Answer: I would suggest you find your garment locate. My reason for suggesting to shop locatebis that you can return or exchange without dealing with a return policy that would cost you money. Before you decide to purchase from this company, look up their reviews and complaints on JJ'S HOUSE. It's better to have a good buying experience as oppose to dealing with a hassle when your event is suppose to be a good experience. Good luck.
