I am so pleased with my mother of the bride dress that I received from JJ's House. The color and design are just as pictured on the website and match the color swatch that I ordered. The workmanship of the sewing is top notch. I ordered a custom size that fit almost perfectly. I had to have a minor alteration in the shoulders. My seamstress was very impressed with the quality of the garment and workmanship. I would highly recommend this company and would order from them again.
Ok i am Re-writing my review. Not because they asked me too but because i believe in second chances. The customer service reached out. They were kind enough to give me my full refund but now i understand the process and it will not come down yo that again. Thank you for you time and effort.

I love the try before you buy, however, with the delivery delays etc. there needs to be an extension on the return policy. I now have a dress I do not want and cannot contact anyone or return it, so now I will be charged. Completely unfair. It is also unfair that there is no phone number provided to talk to a person. I also purchased a dress and it took forever to get delivered. In fact I still don't have it after 2 weeks.

Im very hard to please and lack of inventory in retail stores has made it a problem for me to find an appropriate dress for my sons wedding. JJ House option of try and return is awesome. While I've tried 7 dresses so far im really closing in on size, style, and fabric preferences. Thanks for having flexible try on options.

I ordered a mermaid trumpet dress. Sent in my measurements and requested expedited shipping. It came ahead of the date promised and absolute fit me perfectly. The dress was only $200 and the quality was very impressive. Well made, heavy, not see though at all. It was just gorgeous. I got so many compliments on it. I was very happy with JJs House.

Try-on at-home service, which costs US$10 - US$15, allows our customers to keep the dresses for 1 week and then return them AT ONE TIME by the 7th day of delivery without paying additional shipping costs. It's very convenient for our clients to see what the dresses look like in real and try them on. If they would like to keep and buy the try-on dress, they will also get 20% off. I have been requesting a return label and they ignore my email, the shoes quality is terrible, those are not dancing shoes, I think they do that to steal people ignoring their request to return items

JJ's house has beautiful gowns and accessories. I recently tried the try before you buy and it was so easy and much more comfortable trying on at home. I purchased one that I tried and was very pleased with the ease of the purchase as well as sending the others back. Quick and easy process. I ordered a clutch as well. So many beautiful things to choose from. The associate I chatted with was very quick to find me an answer to my question as well as a suggestion. She expedited my order as well.
