I was uncertain and after finally making a decision, I sent 2 of 3 dresses back. They made it easy to return. The quality of the dresses was great.
This dress ran really small. I typically wear a 12. Ordered a 14 after reading measurements, figured I could have it taken in. I couldn't even zipper it up.
I emailed back and forth quite a bit with JJ customer service. They more than once said they cannot refund for this reason or another, I was finally refunded the return shipping and restocking fee. I had to explain myself too many times. This dress was definitely cut wrong. I would have kept it if it was right as it was just what I was looking for.
I read somewhere that they are out of London. I think not.
I understand people are happy with this company. I am not one of them.

Living in a small town with the nearest city 4 hours away, I was desperate to find nice dresses for my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding coming up soon. We do not have any physical stores in our area as our mall and other stores have closed. The meager findings I saw (about an hour away) were of terrible quality and design. JJ's House provided me with beautiful dresses for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding! I am beyond grateful to have found your website.

Total crap. The entire process is a gimmick. The try on dresses aren't even the same dimensions as the dress I eventually ordered. The sizing is way off generally as well. Plus, I ended up wasting $90 trying on samples… It's all from China. Complete garbage. The material is cheap and ugly. May as well order a dress off Amazon. At least you can return it.

I have ordered 5 dresses and matching ties. All the colors are beautiful. They are prettier than on website. I got the following color
Grape, plum, tahiti, wisteria and mauve. Cant wait to see them all together at wedding. 3 dresses are perfect fit and 2 need to be taken in as person is between sizes so went bigger.

I find the quality to be great for the price. Huge selection of dresses & color choices. I like that you can try on before buying. They don't have all sizes & colors to try on but you can get an idea of sizing from trying on. I recommend doing so because based on the sizing chart I would have been swimming in the dress if I hadn't tried on different sizes first. I wish shipping was included, but it is still less expensive than going through a bridal shop.

The dresses are beautiful, but be prepared to pay $60 for the privilege of trying on one of their dresses. My dress was $159, with shipping it was $170. Who charges shipping for an item of that value. I returned it, was charged for return shipping and a restock fee. I got a credit of a whopping $60. And customer service is a joke with no phone number. Never again.

My dress is supposed to be a US 20 with all the measurements that entails. I got the dress today and it is a full 6 inches smaller on every measurement that they claim that it should be. I can take in, but I can't let out half a foot. Total waste of time and money. Now, I must search for another dress for my daughter's wedding next month.
Also, the champagne I got is very gold. I am not sure the color is correct. Super thin dress, cheap materials. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.
