UPDATE: In a matter of hours I was contacted by email and telephone by Selinda, and in minutes my problem was solved, i posted the dress back and I have been given a refund. I was very happy with the way JJsHouse handled the problem. On another note, I have plenty of friends that have used JJsHouse to order their dresses and they had no problems whatsoever, I was just disappointed that the dress didn't look like what I thought it would. I am very pleased with the customer service team. Selinda was very kind and polite and was in constant contact with me throughout the process. JJsHouse is very willing to help customers and even though my experience wasn't desirable I would recommend this website to others. Also, if a similar thing does happen to you don't rush to write a bad review as I did, simply email them and they will get back to you in no time!

I ordered a dress for my ball this weekend. Shipping was fast and the dress arrived on time (as it should have when paying $40+ on shipping). However when I opened the box it was in, I was disappointed! It was of bad quality and looked cheap which was annoying as I paid over $190!. My friends, who had in the past ordered from this site, were very happy with their orders. I, on the other hand received something that looked nothing like the pictures provided. I have contacted JJsHouse and I am awaiting a response.

La empresa muy atenta, comprometida y responsable con el cliente, estuvieron en comunicacion en todo momento conmigo y respondieron todas mis dudas. I would totally recommend this site to anyone. I needed a gown for my Niece's formal black and white wedding and reception. I gave JJ House my measurements and I received a beautiful tailor made dress delivered to my door in a week. My dress actually came days earlier than originally stated. The dress fit really well and it was comfortable to wear. Usually I spend all night pulling up or tugging down on a formal gown to get it to stay in place but the halter style top kept my bust where it belonged. Because the gown is made to fit it was a little tight to sit
In but looked fantastic when standing. The cut of the dress was very slimming and I didn't need to wear any body shaping wear underneath it. The fabric used for the gown was very nice and looked as good at the end of the reception, as it did at the beginning. The quality of the tailoring and sewing of the gown was excellent. His was my most favorite gown I have ever worn to a formal occasion.

Tenía tanto miedo de comprar con ustedes porque nunca había comprado por Internet, pero superaron todas mis expectativas, el vestido es exactamente como se ve en la foto y tiene todas las especificaciones que pedí, el color blanco es sensacional, la calidad de la tela es impecable, los acabados son perfectos y justo a mi medida no tengo que cambiarle nada.
