I ordered it two months before I needed it thinking it would take about a month to arrive. Between ordering it and receiving it, it only took one week. I plan to buy from this company again.

I had a lot of trouble at first. I had no idea that the dresses were coming from China and was therefor quite surprised and a little angry that I had to pay an $80 fee when ups got to my door. I understand now that there is nothing JJs House can do about the fee but I do wish they had warned me that the shipment was coming from China. JJs house called and refunded the 80 as an apology and everything has been sorted out.
On a brighter note the customer service was quite attentive after seeing that I was stressed and mad. A representative, Selinda, called me and sorted everything out. She called twice and emailed to make sure everything was good. She was very kind and informative and I am grateful that she tried so hard to help. Because the service did so well I really do hope all of this is just a misunderstanding and that JJ's House decides to better inform their customers. Thanks Selinda!

It is SO great! I ordered my dress after custom measurements and it fits perfectly. I adressed some concerns while the dress was being processed and Jjshouse assured me everything was fine - which it was.

Now I will go order my second dress from JJshouse and wait for the arrival which this time was only 10 days! Considering I live in Scandinavia that's great!
