We used JJ House's custom sizing because my daughter is tiny (5' and 85 lbs) but curvy and hard to fit. She usually wears a 00 but sometimes runs into trouble because 00s can often be too small in the bust, but 0s are too big everywhere else. She is also very short waisted so I was afraid even the custom sizing might not give is the fit we needed and the too might fall off her shoulders or gap open. I therefore asked if I could supply some additional measurements for her top half. After I explained our issue, JJ House worked with us and even asked for a couple of measurements I hadn't thought to provide! When the dress came, it fit like a glove— not a single alteration needed. The dress itself was beautiful, with a lovely chiffon fabric that flows when she moves. We couldn't be more pleased with either the fit or quality!
Everything I look at I fall in love with! Absolutely love the try on program not to mention my new wedding dress! I cannot wait to get married with JJ House by my side!

It literally teared off right after I put it on. Also while standing, the elastic on one of the sleeves just broke out of the blue...

I ordered a custom-made dress with precise measurements (75 cm at the waist).
The dress I received measures 80 cm at the waist, a 5 cm difference — a huge mistake, clearly visible in the photos both flat and worn, where the dress is obviously far too big. Despite the clear evidence I sent them, the company kept denying the issue, claiming it was just a "slight measurement variation."
However, in their own so-called "quality control" photos, the dress was photographed inside out and on its back.
It's clearly visible that one side measures 20 cm from the left seam to the center zipper, and less on the other side, where the fabric was folded to make it look like the "correct" measurement.
This kind of manipulation is absolutely unacceptable. I exchanged several messages and provided all possible proof, but the company eventually stopped responding.
They only offered a 30% partial refund, which is completely inadequate for such an obvious and major manufacturing error. Another disturbing point: my review was never published on their official website, which makes me seriously question the authenticity of all the positive reviews posted there.
After doing some research, I found hundreds of negative reviews on other platforms, and even a Facebook page dedicated to exposing their lack of professionalism and bad faith. It's also worth noting that their overall Trustpilot rating appears artificially high, most likely because they reply to every review, maintaining a falsely positive image despite countless negative experiences. And before they respond with their usual line — "please contact customer service" — I'll say it again: I already have, several times, and my last messages were completely ignored. It's time for this company to take responsibility, admit their manufacturing error, and issue a full refund, instead of denying the facts and hiding behind excuses. A deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I strongly advise against ordering a custom-made dress from this company — they don't respect the measurements, and when confronted with proof, they refuse to take responsibility. Since I can't post the photos here, you can see them on the Facebook page "JJs House (clothing) Is A Scam."
