Went to dine in at Jimmy johns Monday the 28th and I usually dine in but today was totally different. One of the female managers I believe her name was Jonny, waited on my order for awhile n noticed that she was extremely rude n being very unprofessional as a manager towards quite a few of her employees. Slamming things down n very inappropriate language towards her fellow co workers as well as cursing up a storm while giving demands. A few of her co workers asked her repeatedly to stop n she deliberately acted like she didn't even care. As a manager on her part I'd have to say which is extremely unprofessional n very uncalled for. This is not the first time this has happened when I've been dining in at Jimmy johns on 4th street mason city. She was extremely rude as well to me when giving me my sandwich. Not sure what her issue was but won't be coming back to dine. My honest opinion she is definitely not fit for that position n it really shows. As said before this isn't the first time I've witnessed her unprofessional attitude toward co workers as well as very rude to customers. I love Jimmy Johns n been a customer for quite some time but I reconsidering even coming back. Very unpleasant visit. I did not know Jimmy Johns hires people to be managers like that very unprofessional if u ask me. Seems like she is entitled to whatever she thinks n it's ok to treat others like that. Not very professional.
Don't waste your money. I ordered the roast beef sub it was nothing but bread and lettuce. They then up charged me for cheese.
This $#*!hole of a restaurant should be closed down. Its overall gross and bland and I personally think you should spend it somewhere else.

Ordered 2 sandwich combos in store on Indian River Rd. In Virginia Beach, Va. In store menu price was 10.50 for each combo. After the cashier rang me up the total came to 28.43. When I asked about the discrepancy in the price she acted very rude, and as if how dare I question the price. Another worker explained that the menu prices have gone up twice and they have not had a chance to update the menu. Fine. It would only be fair to let the customer know this when placing an order instead of acting like I was a problem, and had no business questioning the price!
My place of work brought in lunch for Employee Appreciation Day. A nice gesture. They brought in boxed Jimmy John's subway sandwiches. Mine was ham. It had two very thin slices of ham, a thin slice of cheese, a massive amount of shredded lettuce. Quite disappointed at the lack of meat. Pre-packaged potato chip and factory-made cookie. Meh! Dill pickle in a ziplock bag. Overall, lackluster. I wouldn't go there on my own dime.

I have a Jimmy John's that is 2 minutes from my job and this is the 5th time that I never received my order and had to cancel after waiting over an hour, then told that is will take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. Terrible service and I will not be recommending this to anyone ever.

Yesterday I walked to the store in Evansville IN. & tried to order. They did not have the whole grain bread I wanted & I ordered my sandwich with the their French bread. I'm convinced now that all of Jimmy Johns idiot employees are working at the one on ringling boulevard in Sarasota. It's a simple request,, extra hot peppers please, before leaving i asked the Tard is this the one with extra peppers, yes sir is the response. Opened sandwich when home,, not a one pepper on my sandwich. This is the 3rd time in a month this store has $#*!ed up my order. If I decide to ever go to the Jimmy Johns on ringling boulevard again I will be checking sandwich before I leave. Thanks you $#*!ing $#*!s,,
The Jimmy Johns employees in Simpsonville Sc Harrison Bridge location are very rude and impatient. If the customer has a simple request why not honor it to ensure a repeat customer. Couldn't get my sub cut in three's for my children to share on the way home. They would only do half. My children had to wait until we arrived home to eat. How sad Jimmy Johns employees are inconsiderate.
For the price of their products, would expect a lot more bang for the lettuce, whenever i see Jj 's, Subway comes to my choice of reason, or that green sign sandwich shop
I went the other day 1/20/22 to the location at 6402 FM 1488 Rd. Store #4279 The Woodlands, Texas. I would be giving them a 5 star if the staff would have been nice. The Gargantuan had everything that is was suppose to and very nicely distributed. This truly is the first time I received a sandwich made so nicely. My check # was 67, so whoever made it should get a pat on the back or a high five. As for the friendly/nice, well I was not greeted at all and I asked where the orders are he just pointed to the wall. He was not working with another customer. Just being a little friendly would have been nice.
However the sandwich was great and I recommend the Jimmy Johns over subway.
The delivery person for the store in Surfside parked in the handicap space while waiting for a new delivery. It is right in front of the door. Convenient but not good public relations.
