I visited the Taylorsville Rd store today. What a mistake. I order a roast beef with lettuce tomato oil and vinegar. Pretty simple. What I got was a roll with one piece of roast beef. A ton of lettuce. Two extra thin slices of tomato. The oil was on the outside of the roll. And frankly I didn't detect a trace of vinegar. Maybe the sandwich maker doesn't care for what I like but I'm the one who paid for it so I feel I should have gotten what I paid for. But here's the troubling part. I waited eight minutes to use the restroom behind an employee. She didn't wash her hands as the sink was dry and there were no paper towels in sight. Nor a hand dryer. As I was trying to enter the restroom she locked it and slammed it closed with an attitude. When another person got the manager his reply was I'll see if I can find the key. Never again will I waste my money at this establishment. Good luck to anyone who does. As I write this review it's asking for proof of purchase. I was never given a receipt but I will take a pick of the paper my sandwich was wrapped in. Also maybe you can include a napkin and a bag for customers food
They have officially lost an eater. Advertising a tub in place of bread, don't expect more ingredients.
Pulled in there for lunch on a Sunday at noon and the doors are locked and nobody is inside. Website says they open at 11 and no one answers the phone.
I highly recommend picking a different Jimmy Johns if you would like your order within a reasonable time!
I ordered 1 sandwich at 6:11 PM and by 6:56 I checked and my order had not even gone out for delivery! So much for their bragging on how fast they are! Probably better to use Subway, They got here in 21 minutes!
Jimmy Johns is the ONLY website that for YEARS has never once been able to take my credit card OR my debit card. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a website for YEARS.
I order myself I don't realize it's the wrong one till I get home by the time I get back to the store it has been 1 hour with traffic. When I get there I tell them what happened and what they wanna do is just add whatever meat I'm missing to a sub I have already touched and opened anasagi after one hour. But offer an apology did not offer to refill my drink or anything.
I place my order on line at approximately 3:10 pm to be delivered at 4:30 pm. I placed this order to be delivered at 4:30 because our company closes at 5:00 pm. I wanted this sandwich so that I could have it after work, as I wasn't going home. At 4:40 I hadn't received my order yet, so I called the specific location tot check on the status. I explained that my order was the one being delivered at and/or by 4:30 pm. The person said "oh, your the delay order" we're running a little behind. I meant to call you, our delivery guy left approximately 5 - 6 minutes ago. He has 5 deliveries. I said no problem, as long as he gets here by 5:00 pm, as that's when we close. At 4:55 I called back to get a delivery status, and was told that there's no way to track their bicycle delivery guy, and asked me if he wanted to call him. I said don't call him, because if he's on his bicycle, he won't likely answer. At 5:00 pm the manager locked the door, as it was closing time. The sandwich showed up shortly after 5:00 pm. One would think that if the sandwich order was placed ahead of time to be delivered at a later delivery time, that they should make the sandwich and have the delivery person leave before that specific delivery time, not after that delivery time. Also, I shouldn't have to call them, when they knew that they were behind... they should have called me. The whole situation was very maddening. And there responses when I called were equaling maddening. It's not likely I will place another order anytime soon
I ordered at 10:32pm. After an hour. Called and they said the driver is on the way. One sandwich. One. I LIVE 4 MINUTES AWAY!? I've been sick the last 2 days and haven't eaten so I'm too dizzy to drive to pick it up. Another hour goes by. Still no food! Call the store and the manager refuses to give me my tip back. You really think I'm tipping when it's taken over 2 hours now?
Well now it's 8:40am the next day! Guess who never got their food and they won't give me a refund!
For weeks now JJ site sometimes recognizes my address and other times not. In addition, now it also randomly declines my credit card which is nowhere near its limit. I quit.
I will no longer use Jimmy Johns for my lunch in Boardman Ohio. Last time I ordered for delivery it took 1 hour and 10 minutes and the store is 2 minutes away.
Today I opted to pick up and got a bad attitude from employee. Done with them.
Waited behind store for 30 minutes and online tracking never showed ready for pickuo. Finally went thru drive thru and order was waiting for me. Two sandwiches were $14.00 each and had little ingredients on them. Won't be back. Waste of money.
Have saved puctures but attachment only allows current pictures taken.
After an hour and 45 minutes, tracking still does not show ready for pickup.

Twice I have order from the 7 E Congress, Savannah, GA shop and both times took well over an hour for delivery, Freaky Fast, my $#*!! The 2nd time I cancelled the order, so now I have to wait 3-5 days for a credit to show up on my cc. The person who answered the phone said they got hit a noon with orders, BS! 12:18 I placed my order and at 1:10 it still wasn't made. I'll go to Subway from now on.
We ordered three subs online. Fifteen to twenty minutes later we walked in and our subs were waiting for us on the shelf. The people working in Greeley were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Everyone enjoyed their subs.
Not just a sub shop, that's for sure! I was placing a delivery order (1st time), Brittini asked how was my day, I burst into tears, my son is missing for over a month now, I'm having a tough day today. Brittini gave me a blessing, so sweet, thank you! JR delivered my order and delivered a hug from Brittini & himself... a hug, right on time. Britini and JR, thank you for your kindness and your hugs, I pray 100 fold return to you both! It was an honor to meet JR and I look forward to meeting Brittini one day when I feel better. Waited over 90 minutes. Order never delivered. Credit card charged. No refund after multiple calls and escalation to corporate. Pathetic. Had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Placed an online order at the J Clyde location in NewportNews VA. I went to the drive thru to pick uo my order. The lowest bill I had was a 50. My order was 35 dollars. The cashier said she dont take 50 dollar bills at that location. Reminding you my bill was 35 dollars. My chabge would have roughly been 14 dollars. I told her I would have to cancel the order. The worst Jimmy Johns. Not like the one in center city or williamsburg.
I went in to the store in Muncie on Ball State campus and none of staff was doing anything they all were just standing around and mingling and instead of doing their job they viewed their personal amusement more important it is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I personally work in food and deal with customer services so I take these acts very serious and I understand when it feels like there is nothing to do but there is always something to do. I seen some woman's foot on the counter just talking away with a fellow employee which it is fine to talk with you're colleagues and I very much encourage it but you should never do the things these people did when there is a customer in the store. Not to mention that I overheard one of the employees talking about how their general manager comes to work drunk and that is not okay. All in all I am very unsatisfied about the entire experience I walked out and didn't even purchase anything.
Ordered a sandwich and requested to cut in half, and napkins. Got neither. Little stuff, but that's what's remembered.
Been wanting to try Jimmy John's "gourmet sandwiches. Very Disappointed. It was so bland! I guess it would be considered a " gourmet sandwich"
