The store on 2nd st coralville the store manager was rude and he was acting angry with all costumers on the phone saying he is tierd of this stupid job. I eat here all the time. You guys lost a costumer. We order 12 subs at 12:20 we got our food at 1:40 pm he said he was the manager check the cameras you will see he was so rude

Turkey sandwich

Went to the newer location in river oaks drive. Don't go here very often but decided to treat myself after a long weekend of work. Ordered a turkey, cheese and bacon large sandwich at a cost of $19.08. Wow but don't mind paying that for a really good sandwich. However when I got sandwich home, there was only 2 slices of turkey. What?! Absolutely ridiculous! For what u got, should've only cost at least half that. Will not be going back and will tell my friends my experience. So so disappointed

MY JOB ORDERED FOR LUNCH AS USUAL THIS LOCATION IN BRIER CREEK DID NOT BOTHER TO PUT THE NAMES ON THE SANDWICHES, WHO WANTS SOMEONE ELSE SNIFFING OR UNWRAPPING THER FOOD DURING A PANDEMIC?

Order not ready

I had to wait over a half hour after my order was given over the phone and paid for. It should have been made and ready when I walked in. My order was over $80 that's why I ordered it so i wouldn't have to wait. This was in Frankenmuth mi.

I asked for #9 sandwich add onions, oil, vinegar! I had may 2 pieces onions very lil mayo and no oil and vinegar! The tomatoes are extremely small! I was handed my sandwich no bag wow!

I stopped at store #2374 at 4201 Tuscarawas St West, Canton, Ohio to purchase a sub sandwich. When I walked in the store a young kid was standing at the register looking down and playing on his phone. I stood there for approximately 10 seconds and he did not look up until someone told him I was there. I placed my order and was watching the other 3 staff workers who were just standing around. One of them cut my bun in half and after giving the bun to another staff member he took the knife and started cutting pieces of my bun that fell off of the large bun. He then took the knife and ran the blade in a crack vynal table top about 4 times and then started playing with the pieces of bread from my bun again. When I saw that I literally lost it and told them to cancel my order and told them the knife is no longer clean nor sanitary. They just stood there and ond of them said whats wrong. When I told him it was unhealty he shrugged his shoulders. I told him to clean the knife and that I will report this to the health department and again he shrugged his shoulders. The cash register attendant gave me my refund receipt and when I took it he said very rudely that I did not need to take the receipt the way I did. I asked him if he was being spart about this and he looked at me and said. YES. I left the store and will never walk into another. Something needs to be done to the staff in this store.

Arrived on location at 1215 Arkansas Ln Suite 200, Grand Prairie, Tx ******* on June 6/2022. Just finish working an long day at work I was hungry so I thought Jimmy John's would be prefect called my family ask if they also like anything while on my way. I arrived around 5:20 pm according to the info while looking for the location near me they were open until 7 pm, when I walk to the door to gain access to place my order I was stop by an employee at the door they were handing food to another person look to be an friend of there's the employee look at me an with an rude tone told me they were closed not serving anyone for the rest of the day while this happen the person that was handed the food laugh at what the employee said to me. I will not be going back to this location an I may not be going back to any Jimmy Jones if there employee's act like this to there customers or potential customer before entering the store during open business hours according to store hours when looking the location online.

Our order was not delivered on time. I called and found the Jimmy John's in Merrillville, IN is extremely short on help. Thank you for providing delivery to our office. Waiting for the food didn't hurt us. Thank you, Heather, for working today.

Worst sandwiches ever

First let me point out that my husband and I are on a very tight and fixed income. Also I have been waiting for more than a year
To have extra money to go to Jimmy John's to have a good Italian sandwich. We are originally from NJ and been in NC for 23 years
Never found a place that put italian meat on italian subs (go figure) Being an Italian-Sicilian, I was very excited about and
Looking forward to it.
Finally we had extra money expecting about $20 for 2 subs like at Subway or our local place. We were beside ourselves when we saw $15.99 and $13.99
For each of our sandwiches. I was ready to leave but my husband said to me since you have been wanting to try it, let's treat ourselves.
The girls at the counter didn't know exactly what was in the sandwiches and it took several times to explain which one, how large
(we always get the biggest to fill for 2 meals each) I got the #9 and couldn't wait for the capicola! My husband got the #2
Which I have attached photos to show little meat and not what we asked for. He said no mayo, oil and vinegar. They only
Put oil and 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of cheese (charged extra) lettuce and didn't get the tomato he asked for! Incomplete sandwich
For mine, I ask you have you ever heard of an italian sub with mayo... it always comes with oil AND vinegar! Yes they did not put onions as requested
But barely any meat or cheese, some lettuce and I had asked for tomato as well, no tomato!
It is one thing not getting what's ordered when 2 subs come to about $15-20 dollars for both. So, when the 2 sandwiches come to
$33.90 for 2... DOUBLE THE PRICE and no what is ordered, and barely anything on it... I think there is something wrong with that store,
All of your stores, or your policies. Do you have any idea how much groceries, even a 1/2 tank of gas for my small car I just wasted!
I will NEVER go to a Jimmy John's again nor will I ever give any good review via word of mouth to anyone!

Went to Jimmy John's asked for a roast beef with provolone lettuce and onions one piece of roast beef was put on that sub and they charged me 8 hours very little lettuce and just a sprinkle of onions ridiculous the price they charged for this sub... think twice before you spend your money at the Golden Ring one. The Sub was nothing but a toll with Mayo on it. And it cost $9.00

I ordered a Beach Club sandwich - usually my favorite - first time for my husband. The sandwich was not up to par. Was dry, hardly any avocado, slim pickings with veggies, little mayo. Needless to say, we wont be back again. I was so looking forward to a great sandwich and turning my husband on to my fave Jimmy John's sandwich! Surely not worth $7.49!

Bad customer service

Placed an order from the garland Rd.
Location was told 30 40 min delivery
Time. 1HR 15 call the store they say they can't find the order. Speak to guy says
They will rush it right out. So 50 min call
Again placed on hold for several. Min then
Some one picks up the phone hangs up
On me. Call back no answer several times
I called this store by choice. On a Sunday.
U can't be that busy. So. 2o 30 min. Get a knock on the door. 3 hr s to get 2 sandwiches 2.2 miles from
