I was noticing that my Toyota Aqua was quite jamming when I push the throttle to maximum. The acceleration wasn't efficient as it used to be. I contacted Jiffy Lube's customer support team member to get an advice and he simply asked me to change the engine oil. Jiffy Lube's team came to my house to change the oil and honestly I really feel my car to be as efficient as it was earlier. Thanks to Jiffy lube for their cooperation and quality service.
Moreover, No just this but also I got $5 off discount code for my oil change from couponmonger.com/jiffy-lube-coupon-30-off.
I go to the Jiffy Lube on 10th in Kennewick, WA - such. Great. Service! The personnel are always friendly, efficient, and FAST! I love going here - just went tonite and Sal (pretty sure his name) deserves an A+++ - suggestion while the customer waits? Perhaps a conveyor belt slowly going by my window with a selection of sodas, snacks, magazines? (haha) This business is just well-run and impressive! Go JL!
Tire psi 35. They put 45 45 46 32 Oil & filter change 1/2 quart low Grease hand prints on white car
Overall very satisfied. Quick and efficient service. Staff was very helpful and informative. I will be returning! Big shout out to Kale B at the Sierra Vista Jiffy Lube on Fry boulevard. He was amazing! Very thankful for all the info and help he provides!
These people are nothing but crooks! Would not let them put air in my tires! Took my car in for an oil change. Jiffy lube says because of the type of car it has to have a special blend which cost $100. Call dealer dealer said that was not true that jiffy lube does that all the time.
My tire was low it was cold and rainy the men at jiffylube without hesitation put air in my tire... that's why I get my oil changed at jiffylube they are the BEST
The Jiffy lube on Newport ave Pawtucket. The gentlemen were was working on 10/18. We're awesome. They are polite friendly and Know thier job. They may be a little more expensive but worth not having to wait all day.
Nice guys, but seriously!? $113 for an oil change. No tire rotation! No air filter replacement. Just. A. Oil. Change. Is this standard?
I wouldn't recommend coming to jiffy lube if you are in a hurry they take way to long bad services wouldn't recommend it
Went to Jiffy Lube on Ogden ave is Westmont, Il. And I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube again. I was charged $106.83 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter, nothing else. I had a $10 online coupon but they said they could not apply it because the internet was down, but it was working to charge my debit card.No windows were cleaned, and only the tires on the drivers side got checked for air pressure, oil was spilled on my engine but not wiped off, just all around sloppy work for an outrageous price. The technicians were all wearing masks, which was appropriate because I feel I got robbed. My local Chevy dealer does an oil and filter change, vehicle inspection, and tire rotation fo $60, thought Jiffy lube would be cheaper for just an oil change, but I was wrong, won't make that mistake ever again.
I had a problem with my brakes, and went to Jiffy Lube. I left with the ABS light glowing, which was not on when I went in, as well as several other repairs which needed to be done which were not a problem when I went in. I was told Jiffy Lube could not fix my car, after a total of 4 visits to attempt to get this fixed. They just kept rushing me out. The regional manager refused to do anything for me unless I provided documentation from another mechanic showing their work was not done properly, and I allowed Jiffy Lube to inspect the parts they used, even though they had 4 opportunities to do so, before I gave up and had to go to another mechanic to fix Jiffy Lube's poor work. I was assured the car was "safe" to drive by Jiffy Lube, although it clearly was not. The regional manager closed the complaint file without doing anything for me! I will never use them again! I am extremely dissatisfied! They do not stand behind their own work!
Jiffy lube destroyed my car engine for oil change
I went to Jiffy Lube located at 1505 W Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, Tx for oil change before 3 weeks which cost me to lost my car engine unexpectedly. The issue is here: Before 2 days when I was driving to my home, my car engine stopped at the main road suddenly, and same people tried to help me get out of the main road and I saw the car has no oil at all, then I made a quick call to the Jiffy lube if they can help me to tow to their place for maintenance, however since they heard there was no oil they were not cooperative to do so. So I was forced to call for tow and brought my car to a near by mechanic shop and they were so nice people and they investigate my car and finally observed the car engine is locked due to the fact that no oil available. I was not able to believe them when they told me the only option is to replace the car engine, and tow my car to another mechanic shop, but these also confirmed me the fact there was no oil and cause engine lock. Since both the mechanic shop advised me to speak with the Jiffy lube who made inadequate and improper oil change because according to them the car never leak the oil and The expected next oil change was not even reached half of it. I came to spoke the issue with the manager and he saw the car in person and confirmed it was true the car oil went off and there was no leak, but he did not went to take the responsibility from his words and action.
I need your help to get the solution.
*King of Prussia, PA location*
My car is 2 years old. Went in for an oil change. My filters weren't properly put back in by the mechanics. I had to go back to jiffy lube 3 times in one week because my light kept coming on, and my car was jolting when I would accelerate. I was told by a jiffy lube supervisor to go to Nissan to get whatever the issue was fixed as the supervisor admitted they messed up and had the same thing happen at another location with another Nissan. After I got the work done, I went and gave jiffy lube my invoice, and now they are not paying for the full invoice. I had Nissan call Jiffy and explain what work needed to be done because jiffy lube said I got a service that was not needed. Nissan called and explained exactly why this was done. Jiffy lube still refused to reconsider. Not only was I inconvenienced by the time I had to keep going back and fourth to the service center, I was without a car for two days, had to pay an uber to get back to work from jiffy, and now I'm stuck with a bill- all because their mechanics messed up. You'd think because of all this inconvenience, I'd atleast get my oil change credited back because of the experience I've had. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone take their car there.
Took our vehicle for an oil change on 10/12/19. Even though our car had never been outside of CA before, they stated that our car had been to their service station over and over (we later found out a previous owner took it to a location in Los Angeles, CA) and wanted to upsell everything (which we expected but declined as our car was in perfect running condition before we took it to this location).
We thought everything was fine after we left until our car started having several code issues pop up, almost immediately after leaving. We had to replace our O2 sensor as it was somehow damaged in the oil change (it had just been replaced in September 2019 before we drove from CA to NJ), and had constant issues with our car now stalling when it had been completely fine before the oil change. We found out four days after the oil change that the employees never reconnected our hoses when they disconnected the air filter system in my car, which was causing all sorts of fuel injection errors. Rather than having this shady location touch my car again, we fixed it ourselves at our own cost.
Do NOT trust Jiffy Lube to touch your car, this is not the first time a Jiffy Lube location has ruined a vehicle of mine but it sure is going to be the LAST. I will not ever return to another Jiffy Lube location and I highly recommend that nobody else does either. There are so many places to get an oil change these days that are so much more respectful to the owner and to the car itself. (Photos of the damage attached)
They were nice guys, who really liked my car, 128$ oil change. They got oil all over my engine name plate and down inside the engine compartment. They don't have a hose to put it into engine, instead it is poured. They are beyond paranoid about people in bay, that way you don't see sloppy work. My car cost me *******, I shouldn't have taken it there, my bad.
Wow
Rude
Agreed to an economy lube
Fot there at 5 50PM
They told me they close in 10 min and i asked "so you dont want to do it"
They said ok and delayed and delayed
One done they said it will be $58
I said that is not an economy change that is signature.
The fat greese ball said there is no such thing as an economy change
(I get it done every 2000 miles)
I paid him and as i pulled out the manager said "you dont need to come back here" I called him a jerk and he called me a prick.
Thank you jiffy lube... I wont keep this story private. HEY OWNER... U have a big problem with staff.
I went to the Tucker, GA Jiffy Lube to get my differential and transmission fluids changed. That's it. Three hours --and less than 20 miles later, my engine was blown, due to there being no oil in it. I drove my truck in there, leak-free and full of clean oil. I left, nearly having an accident, and was billowing smoke and shaking on the freeway at rush hour--less than 20 miles of driving after my service, when this happened. I phoned their dubiously monikered, "service representative line" to have them replace said engine. At my insistence that they made a mistake and caused this to happen, their completely unhelpful corporate offices began what can only be described as a kafkaesque "investigation".
Ryan, a customer service representative, (and again, I use that term loosely) in Raleigh at Lucor --which is NOT Jiffy Lube corporate headquarters, but the franchise location for the SE, (which includes GA) -Ryan wouldn't give me any information at all, stonewalling me on everything from who owns the franchise, to what is the name of their inspector, to who is the CEO of Lucor. I was not even allowed to contact a supervisor. I got nothing except attitude. First, Ryan (and his unnamed minions) insisted the oil loss was a coincidence because my truck was old. Their technician insisted he hadn't done anything wrong. Then they hired an inspector to look at the engine. It was determined that the engine blew due to lack of oil--which they insist was not their fault. My mechanic and theirs both agree that engine damage was due to no oil. They just won't entertain the possibility that within less than 20 miles of driving, they actually might have caused this.
And I'm NOT allowed to even get a copy of their inspector's report. For them this is a closed case. For me, just the beginning. They completely destroyed my truck. Everyone agrees that no oil caused my engine to blow. They just don't admit their hand in this. It is NOT a coincidence. My truck was leak-free---they would have told me immediately if I was leaking or empty. They gave me a printed list of future service recommendations. Nowhere did it mention oil loss or leakage. I maintain that their technician --accidentally-- loosened something causing the oil loss. This is just not right or fair. They need to replace my engine. This is simple cause and effect. My truck was fine until they handled it. Now it needs a new engine. SHAME ON JIFFY LUBE! The only think I did wrong was go there in the first place, and I won't make that mistake ever again. They ruined my truck. Don't let them ruin yours.
Average sevice
Seems fine, the wait is sometimes long. Employees are friendly and considerate of you vehicle
Jiffy Lube in Boerne;
Waited to have a simple safety inspection.
They finished with truck, waited 20 more minutes, asked girl taking care of desk (only assumed; seemed like her job was cleaning windows on a red jeep behind her) She said she'd find out; next thing I knew, she'sat the jeep again.
Waited, then asked someone else - they didn't know what was going on either.
Finally, someone came up and told me they couldn't pass it because I have a broken lug nut.
Here's how that went:
"You mean a broken lug STUD?"
Fine. I'll go fix it and bring it back - give me my insurance card back
It's in your truck.
Well, no it wasn't
They lost it.
At this point I'm already furious at them for not letting me know a half hour ago when I saw them park the truck.
These people are incompetent idiots.
$#*! these $#*!s.
Employees are very friendly and helpful. They service my vehicle(s) with care and charisma.
