Ordering with Jiffy is easy and simple. I can easily find what I want, compare my options and they have the best pricing. I also like that there are no minimum requirements which allows me to order what I need and the freedom to try new items without a large commitment. Lastly the shipping is super fast!

At first your dtf's were decent enough and got the job done. The last 2-3 orders have been "greasy' and the quality has deteriorated. I'm only ordering from you this time because I need it quickly. Otherwise I'd be ordering from another company who's quality of DTF is much higher.

Transfers

Some transfers are printed differently than the example shown. For example I had some red lettering and when I received my items the red lettering had black in it. Which was NOT shown in my example before purchasing. I wouldve seen it and I would have not ordered it.

Inconsistent colors

Lately the colors to my DTFs have not been consistent. They ship from different warehouse locations. Whenever anything ships from NH the green is muddy and blue looks purple.

Inconsistent colors

I've been using jiffy for a few years now and unfortunately the colors are never consistent. Your customer service always issues a credit in a timely manner but I need consistency. I sell the same things to many customers and I always use the same colors in my designs buT I'll order something one week and the color is more muted the next time. I can't have that. I'm starting to think that I need to use pro color but that is very concerning as the turn around time is longer. I might need to find a different vendor. It's not consistent anymore

I place an order with you guys a couple of weeks ago for a printed shirt. THe cost of the shirt and and print came cost to 40.oo bucks and i was given 12.oo dollars. If you look at how long of a customer that did't make me feel to good

Late delivery

My t-shirts and my transfers were delivered a day late and then they did not arrive until evening. Because they were late, I had to heat press shirts until 11pm because I was traveling the next morning for a pop-up sales event. It was very frustrating. Some of the transfers were bent (freedom transfers) and that just added to the frustration..
