My experience has been great! If you ever have any questions or issues their customer service is great to talk to. Never had any issues!

I have had issues with shipping! Jiffy has too good of a reputation to ruin with bad shipping... tape off of the box or the box arrived to the carrier empty. Their packaging needs to be better.
Overall, I love jiffy. But they need to work on packaging. Numerous times my packages have been open because of the poor taping. Once my package arrived to the facility empty.
Everytime I place an order it is never delivered by the due date. It always comes two days after the delivery date causing my orders to be delivered to my customers late.
I've always used Jiffyshirts for shirts and I just started using them for transfers and it's such a time saver! So easy to create and the quick delivery!

This is my 7th order. All orders have shipped quickly and the one time I had an issue customer service assisted right away and fixed the issue.
Quality is good, but there are differences in the color of the transfers placed at different times even though they are the same design. I was also shorted a transfer on my latest order. Customer service was quick to refund me for that transfer but that doesn't make up for the headache it causes when I have a order going out and can't fill it on time because y'all messed up.
The site was easy to Navigate and the prices were unbelievable. The product I chose was super comfortable and many color options available. I will definitely buy again.
Realized I made a mistake on the design and needed to change the image size but wasn't allowed to change it so I asked to cancel it and the response was that it could not be canceled although chatbox indicated that it was early enough to cancel.
Transfers are pricey and previously spent a lot of money on the pitch perfect add-ons. Glad to see I don't have to pay extra for that anymore.

I have used my vinyl cutter for years to make bulk orders! I'm never going back to that, after ordering from Jiffy. It's so much easier and the quality is so good! Fast shipping and decent prices.
Transfers didn't allow me to customize the size of the image ratio. It also turned the white part of my image clear and I'm having to pay 3 $2.99 fees to give instructions not to print that way. It shouldn't charge me $8.97 because during the upload process it's clearing away the white color of my letters.
My 1st time experience was good, only because I didn't know how to order the correct size. Thanks for upgrading the ordering experience with the sizes and how the transfer would look on various color tshirts.
