I have used Jiffy a lot and they do great with shipping quickly and offer many product options to run your business. However, when you have an issue with an order the email process to rectify the issue, is not the best option. I believe it could go a bit smoother had you spoke with someone over the phone. I still refer other businesses to Jiffy because I enjoy the overall options they offer and if you are purchasing custom transfers, I like the fact that you can see how the image should look once printed.

Colors were inconsistent. I placed separate orders for the same design. The colors were different from each other. One order was darker than the other.
My last couple of orders, at least, have been awful. Colors were way off, lines were not crisp, and the film was creased where the print was. My last order was the final straw to see if quality was improved; not so. The prints were for personal use but luckily, it adhered to the shirts. The prints still looked awful to the point where it seems as if Quality Assurance was non-existent.
My order was lost twice and I can get no response from email. I ordered for a bridal shower and had to place a second order in hopes it comes in time. Very dissatisfied

Typically, if you are ordering before lunch time, orders are likely to arrive the next day! This is especially great if you have a last minute need.
I think the site is great. I have a great experience with the customer service.
My only complaint is I get emails offer 5-10% discounts to review. I write a review and submit it but I don't get a code to use the discount. :(
Each time I look for items I need for my apparel needs, Jiffy has it! The site is easy to use and there is so much variety.
I was happy with the quality of the shirts and print, my only complaint is that the design was not straight on the shirt. I ordered 4 shirts and they all came a little bit off in different ways.
I got my first order of 100 stickers, two different designs, the day after I ordered. They are great quality and were exactly what I measured. Sadly, I made a mistake measuring and had to reorder one set in a different size. But that's on me. The new order will be here in two days and even that is amazing. Jiffy is great
Products are great UPS is dropping the ball on most of my orders with rescheduling my deliveries sometimes its 2-3 days later
My only frustration is the design library I would LOVE to delete some of the designs I don't want or need. Maybe it would make it easier to find the ones I still use. Sometimes I can find them most times I have to upload again
This is a very user friendly website to upload my images. I enjoy creating the transfers and uploading for your expert printing and cutting.
Shipping cost is ridiculous now I shopped with this company for years and now shipping is 11.95 if you don't buy in bulk I'm a small business shipping alone is crazy I remember when you had didn't options to change shipping and the faster shipping was never 11.95! And I will be looking elsewhere to get apperal since these change

I can always count on Jiffy to deliver items as promised. This is my first time ordering transfers, and I cant wait to see them.
I ordered 100 stickers on Oct 1st and was told that I would receive them by Oct 2nd. I received them on the 3rd, and they were someone else's order. Trying to contact jiffy.com is a pain due to, they don't have a phone number, and their chat is AI only. After typing supervisor 25 times it seemed, finally was able to chat with a human. On Oct. 3rd I was told that they started my order, by today Oct 6th they still haven't Shipped me the correct items. They've just printed the label. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer care and jiffy having absolutely no sense of urgency to correct their mistake. This will probably be my 2nd and last time using this company.

I appreciate the fast service but don't understand why I'm charged twice for DTF and shirt which shipping/ordering on the same order. My shipping is more than my order.

I love the quality and fast service
.. Very few hiccups since I have been ordering from Jiffy.com...Fast, reliable and good quality transfers. A little stiff/vinyl like but not bad at all... soften over time
I have ordered from Jiffy many times usually quick turn around. Recently while ordering I'll be in the middle of processing my order and it will show next day delivery and when my order processes its for a day later. Kind of frustrating. But the quality and ease is unmatched. Also you need customer service line.
When ordering it says same day delivery the charges after check out to next day. Frustrating to say the least. I know same day is available had done it once and now it's offers it but can't get it. Also you need a customer service number for issues
I placed an order and the color I selected didn't show up to view the image as it would be delivered. It's very unsettling ordering a large amount of shirts and not knowing for sure if you'll get the right color, even though the correct color was selected, but it's not shown in the example.

Good I am trying to figure out if I have to keep paying extra for the same print to get Picture Perfect every time or can I use the print that gets done.
I've been using Jiffy for shirts for years. When they started offering transfers, I tried them out and haven't looked back. Quick turnaround and great customer service.
The gang sheet I ordered last time could not be uploaded in one file. I had no choice but to build the sheet one graphic at a time; This was time consuming and not being able to name the files made it hard to figure out which ones where which.
