Customer service is great when they respond. But the response time is too long - I have had a repeat issue - which they promised would be resolved and now it has been 3 days with no response. I need these items urgently so time is very important. Also not sure a replacment order that was sent is still incorrect. It should have been double checked.

This is my second DTF print order but first Glitter DTF order! I can't wait to see what they look like! Will be back with pics. I am printing for a Chris Brown concert that I am going to in a week!
The print on my previous order wasn't great. It cut off some letters and I didn't know that I only had 72 hours from delivery to reach out. I was waiting to see if I could make it work and I couldn't. Super frustrating. Additionally, they didn't place the cut outs in order of size so I used what I thought was the smallest size on the wrong size shirt. So I had to place another order to get this right.

I have been ordering from jiffy for quite some time a few blips with orders but customer service is amazing and always fixes the issue immediately. I will continue to order from Jiffy for all tshirt and dtf designs.

Drying: Avoid drying DTF printed garments in a tumble dryer at high heat, as this can also damage the print. Air drying is the best option, or if using a dryer, opt for a low heat setting.
