Shipping is always fast but my last order had stains on all the smalls and several times there's holes in shirts by the armpit. I always have to give a discount because of quality issues.
It was fine. Corporate managers get their money ONLY from extravagantly positive comments. Anything less is considered manure by the corporate jerks. Thus, why I never give them a 'perfect' rating. Enjoy!

I order from Jiffy a lot! Things lately have been terrible on getting my orders. I do not think this is on the side of the shipping company. I believe this is a Jiffy issue. Things will say it is shipped but on UPS site it says a label has been made, but they havent received the package. Things are never sent out on time any more it seems. If this keeps up I will have to find another vendor to order through. I need something dependable as I am trying to give times to Clients on when their orders will be ready. Jiffy has been making me look really bad as of lately. I do not like to look bad to my customers. I will find someone more reliable.

Have to admit that ordering used to be easier before the latest changes. Sometimes the payment option hangs with the app and the pages are WAY too busy. Simple is better

It is always easy to find the sizes need and colors! I only wish they would give discounts for the tshirt purchases when you are a repeat customer

2 years ago when I initially began purchasing from Jiffy, I was always VERY impressed with how FAST they were! It was almost like magic, I knew if I ordered by 3-4pm on any given day (M-F), I was going to have my order the following day and it was going to be perfect. Now, I literally get anxiety when I place an order and then I stop, shop around to make sure I have to order from Jiffy, then I either order from somewhere else or take a chance with Jiffy. RARELY do I get my order the next day and that is with me ordering before noon. Then I NEVER know what kind of quality items I will receive. Sometimes my order is perfect but often times it's not. There have been several orders that I could not use which put me in some bad situations. I took the time to go through the refund steps, took photos, sent photos, sent emails, spoke to 50 robots, was told I would be refunded, made the mistake of trusting I would be issued a "store credit in the full amount", only to receive a FRACTION of what I paid! Then there's the NOT being able to speak with a HUMAN issue as well. Soooo... That's my opinion of Jiffy. Not, "jiffy" anymore, just a 50/50 store.
Recently received a shirt that was not sewn properly... unfortunately, I had not thoroughly inspected it before I added HTV to it. Also have received some DTF prints that were not properly printed to correct size.
Site is very user friendly. The only thing keeping this review from 5 star is that the original delivery dates are often changed just before check out or after check out and moved out a day or two.
I love ordering clothing and DTF transfers through Jiffy. The whole process is so easy and the quality is great. The website is so easy to use, the shipping is ridiculously fast and the products are always high quality. I have made many customized items since finding this company and will continue to buy!

I often receive damages or dirty t-shirts but Jiffy always takes care of business for me. Sending out replacements quickly. I just wish they would get it right the first time.
Jiffy provide a variety of options and price range for all type of garment. Delivery are also very fast and the quality of t shirt a great. One big advantage is you don't need a license to buy here
Had a lot of mess ups lately. Also, it'd be nice if returning customers who spent thousands of dollars had some sort of reward point system to receive discounts. Because I thought about switching to ninja because I get points and a percentage off when I reach that limit
I am still waiting for my complain about the color in the transfers and I had not heard anything back. I had been ordering transfers for a while, and this is the first time I have issues.
We are very impressed with Jiffy's service. We had been and will be loyal customers. The quality of the items we ordered are really good and the price is reasonable. The shipping always was prompt and in great condition. We needed to make a few returns and it had been easy.
Shipping is all over the place. Sometimes I get it next day, sometimes, I get it a week later. Would love to know if there is an option for consistent shipping dates? Also, why does the pre-cut option not exist for me anymore?

I don't know what's going on with production and shipment. In shipment shirts were missed and than sent out so thank you. Than in DTF production it had specifics to be all white and it came in white and black for the text and picture. It said in instructions all white and not sure how but it was sent wrong. I may be thinking very carefully about placing any future orders. An order for this they messed up big time on DTF sizes and transfers. Luckily the family I made them for were understanding but unhappy.

Always delivered when promised or earlier. I have been ordering from jiffy for 6 years now and have only ever had 2 issues in all that time. Those issues were corrected and shipped within 24 hours.
