I sent an email because my order was delayed, which it still is. The representative refunded my order due to the inconvenience I just really wish the product would arrive since it needed for my business. I'm not sure if I will purchase dtf from here anymore due to this.

I have been trying to find long-sleeved tees for a long time, but they were either too thin or had a chest pocket, which I did not want. My daughter turned me on you because she has used them for many years on her job at UPS. So I ordered them and I am well pleased.

Every order we have purchased, we paid for the fastest delivery time. Which it says between 1 to 3 days. Every delivery we get messages of delay. One order I can understand. But every order?! We are paying for fast delivery and not getting it. And is not just one or two days late on the 1 to 3 day delivery. We are getting them 5 to 9 days after. We are paying for a service we are not receiving! We really like the tshirts and price but are very disappointed with the delivery service!
