After reaching out with my concern to customer service Mandy was able to not only respond promptly but resent my entire order on a Saturday and had it delivered to me by Monday. She was not only apologetic and polite but went above and beyond in my opinion. She followed up via email with new tracking number and assured me she would keep tracking the package as well to verify it was delivered. She even followed up with email to inform the package was showing out for delivery and another to let me know it showed delivered. I knew something was off as I did not receive my initial order on the expected date as everytime I order with this company not only do I NEVER have an issue, but I almost always receive my order earlier than expected.
Just your customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back for the long hall! Kudos to Mandy for being super efficient and understanding of my situation as well. Thank you so much
