I ordered wrong color. Its very hard to tell in online photos. I could not get a hold of anyone so all I can do is keep ordering the next color until its right. It would be nice if there was a customer phone number to call direct. Im going to be stuck with a box full of un needed shirts just becuse picture looks brown NOT purple and I just needed customer service to help me. Your online email has nothing for this on your drop down button.

I have used Jiffy for DTF's Several times and it has always been easy to upload the files. I was not able to upload a gang sheet the same way I have every other time in the past, So I had to order the prints indv. Costing more then the gang sheet. After dealing with this and not able to get any help on the "chat" I will begin looking for a company who can offer gang sheets able to be uploaded at all times

My experience with jiffy was excellent for the first several months but the last couple months have been nothing short of a headache. Horrible shipping times, missing packages, damaged products.
I ordered a combination of colors in the 50/50 hoodies with our company business logo on them and they have been great. Safety pink was so bright and just what we needed.
Excellent quality, amazingly fast shipping EVERY TIME, and anytime we contact customer service, they resolve issues quickly. I wish all our vendors were like Jiffy!
