I am so disappointed to be writing this week because I used to love and rave about jiffy shirts! I have referred so many of my shirt-making friends to jiffy and spent thousands of dollars on this website. However, after my last experience, I'm not sure that I will be back. The inconsistency between all of my LARGE orders was impossible to work with. I used the same colors/logos on all orders and they all showed up in 5 different shades of blue. How am I supposed to sell a product, if they all look different? We are supposed to be a team and everyone is going to be walking around mismatched from one another. Furthermore, how my issue was handled is the real reason I will be hesitant to return to jiffy (at least for large orders). It took days and hours of time to connect with live support and they all kept saying the samething (you'll receive an email shortly, within 24 hours, etc.) and that was not true. It took days to get an email. The communication was terrible. Get a phone so your customers can speak with real people when they are experiencing issues. I was finally refunded, but the entire process was so daunting, I dont know if I'm willing to risk this happening again.
I used love jiffy soooo much, and I still do, just a little less, due to inconsistencies in my recent orders. I have ordered multiple gang sheets & apparel items using the same logo/colors & they have all arrived different shades of blue. This is a big problem when you are making team apparel & everything needs to look the same. Some of my gang sheets are lighters blue, some are darker. Some have moisture & lines in the prints, some don't. Even on the apparel I have ordered I am working through the claims process because an entire order arrived incorrectly.
I am a frequent user of Jiffy and wondering how much longer it will stay that way. :( hoping things get better!
Overall a great company to shop with. Great quality and lastly material. Sometimes the transfers get delayed and mess up my order but they fixed it.
Colors vary so much between reprints. Last order whole order was printed backwards (mirrored), a reprint would not come in time. Had to reorder myself for same day delivery. A code was given but even that didn't cover the cost of the shipping. Next day decals colors were so off from the original prints, very frustrating, the maroon that come in was now brown on the next day order.
I have been ordering almost weekly for several years now. The shipping is beginning to get a little concerning. LOTS of delayed shipments in the last few weeks. I am spoiled to y'alls amazing next day and rarely ever now can I get anything next day, some not even within 2 days.
When I order dtf prints they are different shades of colors every time and the quality is different.
Said I 2 hours to get next day shipping then I check out and it changes to 2 days later. Thats the only reason why I ordered hald the stuff I did was for next day delivery...
This is my 16th order through Jiffy. I can't say enough good things about it. It's easy to make up the prints and shirts you want and they ship super fast. The quality of the prints and shirt's are definitely top notch!

We have ordered shirts from here many times. It always comes on time so far and we get what we wanted. We make a couple of fun shirts for various occasions. There is a good variety of shirts and colors. I like that I buy as few as 1 shirt or bulk. We keep coming back

I'll preface this with I overall like jiffy, and have continued to work with them. Previously, I used Ninja Transfers without any issues in quality whatsoever. However, I found that they were expensive and searched for other options. That's how I got here with Jiffy. I like that Jiffy has a variety of blank apparel and multiple transfer products to use from. I can mix and match transfer type for the same free shipping offer. However, since the switch to Jiffy, I have had multiple occurrences where my files did not print right. One of them was my own fault, I'll own that. There have been several more after that where the colors or sizing wasn't right, even using the "Buy Again" function on a correct printing order. I wish there was more consistency. Luckily they have been quick to correct any errors, including the one I made, but it still takes up time. Would love to see consistency in quality.
Customer service is horrible for getting back to you. My prints been coming differnt colors but its the same bought files.
I been trying for days to contact somone to talk to about previous orders. The phone options dont work at all either
