I had ordered from Jiffy almost 200 times. There have only been a few orders that have been wrong or shipped damaged. However, Jiffy has always been great to replace the orders or to give me my money back! I love Jiffy Shirts!

The transfer I ordered didn't print the color I thought. Jiffy did refund my money for the transfers. But now I don't know how to ensure I get the color I see on the screen. The help desk isn't helping much.

I have sent countless inquiries and emails about my order that seems to be stuck or lost in your warehouse and no one responds. I am now having place a duplicate order and refund my customers. It's been unacceptable and I'm hunting for a new supplier.
The transfers are always an hit or miss, after one wash it's either cracking or peeling. It's fine for personal use but the quality isn't good enough for small businesses the inconsistency with quality will negatively effect your business.

Jiffy is my go to, they always have the sizes I need. If I buy in bulk prices go down. The search makes it easier for me to find things. I love that I can still have personal items in a cart & place an order for a customer with a different cart & not loose my items.
Shipping dates are usually inaccurate they also advertise next day but it never is. I place one on a sunday im lucky to have it by Thursday
