Paid for membership but would not work on my computer I was a member a few years ago no problem loved it they have giving me a refund hopefully when I get a better computer it will work thanks for all the help you are a great firm

Why did I pay?

I had a problem with their auto-renewal, and I needed a refund. They were on it right away and resolved the problem quickly!

Great way to send a celebratory greeting with special emphasis on the recipient. It certainly got the attention of a birthday boy.

Had an issue that was my fault and their customer service team resolved it for me in minutes. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I wasn't familiar with JibJab but received one from a friend and loved it. I almost forgot a relative's birthday so instead of buying a card as I usually do I signed up for JibJab. What fun - I picked out a really funny video as I didn't have a face shot of my relative. Now I'm going to take some face shots of my family members and save them so I can really play around next birthday.

I have always found the Jib-Jab interface very easy to use in adapting personal snapshots into characters to act in cards.

I put this video together. ( very easy to do) and everybody was laughing. Everyone that it was hilarious. Glad I put this together for the party

I'd like to see a bigger selection of cards, especially invitations. Your selection hasn't changed much.

I had forgotten that I had an auto renew with Jib Jab. Due to family issues and too much responsibility, I asked to opt out. Within minutes, I was not only opted out, but my $ was refunded. Super Customer Service.

As usual it was easy and quick to set up the post and send off. Plus, my wife LOVED it!

I don't like it because i can't share it on social media FB says i dont have the rights to the song that's being used in the video.

When I purchased the app it was on special for 1.99 You charged my credit card 18.99. I would like a refund of the difference. Thank you.

I wasn't able to create a jibjab video and wish to cancel my subscription. How can I cancel? There doesn't seem to be any instruction on cancelling.

I think it is a lot of fun filled with many laughs. The people I "jibjabed" loved it. I am looking forward to going on the site to make more. It is brilliant.
