I subscribed and spent an hour preparing the video just to find out that it is impossible to download it from JibJab website. Very disappointed with this experience and the waste of time (spent another hour Googling how to download). Will NOT use JibJab again and will NOT recommend it to friends.

Long story short I misplaced my credit card while I was out and about. Within a few a days it was returned but here is was the kicker. I got an notification stating I made purchases through PayPal. JibJab being one of the companies that were on my bank statement. However soon as I contacted JibJab about what happened they were ready to fix the issue immediately without an hassle and I really appreciated that. In which I was surprised and felt good because you hear stories similar to mine and nothing gets resolved. This was a positive outcome and I wanted to share my experience. Thanks! Again JibJab.

My 1st experience with JibJab was not as great as I thought it would be. Since I could not find a way to send a free JibJab I subscribed hoping I could do so much more. Well, I could now send a JibJab, cut could not change the pictures downloaded for the characters. That would be an awesome feature. Also, somewhat disappointed with the few choices of cards. Not as many choices as I had hoped. Will keep trying to get my years worth. Maybe I will find the key to really unlock the possibilities of fun.
JibJab is very easy to use and a lot of fun sending to friends and family. There is a very good selection of cards and videos to choose from and very easy to personalize and send via email.
Everyone enjoys these cards, Fantastic, Easy to use and friendly.

Not realizing that this was now a pay site, I had not made other arrangements.
So, I went ahead and paid for the e-card.
Not willing to do so in the future.
Created a video, then continued to pay, then logged in to old account, and after login I lost the video and 5 photos I just spent 15 minutes editing. Had to do it all over. Super annoyed.
Easy to use but major complaint is not going really new. I expired my membership and returned but SOS. Need new vudeis, especially for birthdays, anniversaries, ECT.
