I really enjoy JibJab and look forward to using them. However, I was disappointed that it wouldn't accept my prepaid Master Card for payment. I have funds on that card that I need to use and I was trying to avoid using my checking account funds. That was an inconvenience, but not huge. I used the checking account, reluctantly.

My daughter and her kids cracked up when they saw themselves and their grandparents dancing in the birthday card I sent her. We all loved it.

At sign-up, the website indicates an automatically-renewing MONTHLY rate, but then bills you for the entire year up-front. Very deceptive.

I downloaded jibjab for business purposes and it is such a fun way to lighten things up! I LOVE the music videos!

Made multiple videos showcasing our staff members. All turned out great! Would have liked to have the option to have more than 5 in a video.

I tried several times to make the mouth just right. It looked good when completing this section, but on the actual play it was still off.

I had a little trouble with mulitple mouths trying to horn in, but i just canceled and started over and it worked great.

It was fun shopping cards and thinking of who to send them to. The site is easy to use and the recipuent loved it!

It would be nice to be able to use the jibjab creations in a website or on youtube.It seems the only use if to email the creation and this limitation is unfortunate.

It was very unfortunate that I could not download the video so that we could show at an offsite event where there was no wifi available.

Really - stop sending me these things. Or i will have to ask for my money back - once is acceptable - 3 times in as many days - harassment

I love these cards and it's more economical than having to buy cards at the store repeatedly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not onl ate the choices in creating a card very limited but there's nothing that can be done to ensure that the recipient will retrieve the card in a timely manner.

I had a very positive experience with Support. They took care of my issue immediately. As well I enjoy the cards very much. Thank you Jib-Jab!

I wanted to do something special for a friend's birthday. Jib jab had the perfect video! I easily uploaded a picture and my video was a complete hit. Love jib jab!

It's great that you have so many videos and songs that you can input friends and family into. Please do more platonic 2 person options. I found very few that didn't "get weird" when I wanted to find one for my birthday buddy.

Very few JibJab video's available, the rest are "cards". Also, most of the videos are men -- few choices for females.

Waste of time and money. The videos turned out to be lame unless you can line everything up perfect. Everything looks almost robotic and videos are short. Wish I had saved the money and just bought a real card.

It is fun and easy faster than before. Would be nice if we can get the face photos from our friend facebook account.
