We have never been able to record the jibjab video on our computer. To read it you had to have an internet connection.
In addition I had to pay 18 for an annual subscription. While before we could buy the video to the unit.
I will no longer use Jibjab and I advise against it.

The site would take me through the first few step. But in the final step it went back to the original without my photos.

And I'm used to companies not making it easy. It's business. But this is bordering on unethical. I want to cancel this. I used a single jib jab and now I'm on a monthly charge.

I think you need more Dance routines like ballroom dance swing flappers etc! I can't get the black tape on mouths to go away that ruins your jib

I thought cards would be funnier. I will be calling to cancel my membership. I just don't care for them.

I had some trouble setting up my first card, but finally was successful. The reaction was perfect! I look forward to my next opportunity!

Experience and product was brilliant, however being tied into an annual subscription, and not having a monthly option was something I felt very annoyed about. So my overall view of JibJab was compromised by this inflexible, money grabbing subscription model

My card was never delivered. And it was diffcualt to align the mouth. They advertised a1.99 price., Yet I was charged 18.99 for a month of service. Not what I was told. I went back in to cancel my services and was still charged for the whole month!

Jib Jab cards are fun to make and fun to receive. The only thing I could suggest is that there were more cards for women.

Paid money and I can't even post on Facebook or send videos to anyone. Wasted money. Want a refund. Cute idea wished it worked.

Made a couple of funny eCards for my dad and he loved them. Lots of choice on the site so plenty of options.

At 73 getting out to buy cards in a small town where the selections are limited is a pain, I usually have to go 30 miles to a bigger town.
My children and grandchildren think I'm cool and get a kick out of the funny "cards".

It said it was a free subscription and free Ecard and I was charged $18. No where was there a price on the Ecard I chose and there was no price at the checkout when entering my card information. Very disappointed!

My dad loved the card and showed everyone it 3 times in a row. He thought it was very cute and funny and was not expecting a card at all. I thought there were good selections and enough to choose from. It sucks that there are none for free but it got the job done.

JibJab is awesome, and I made a fantastic card for my dad, which he adored. But while I thought a paid a few dollars for the card, I ended up with an $18 annual subscription! I didn't even realize this until PayPal informed me of this. I am now cancelling my subscription that I didn't even know I agreed to.

It was easy and fun. My son's used JibJab for a long time now and I finally got onboard! I've always enjoyed receiving them and thought it was time to send them to my family and friends!
