So much fun! I belly laugh every time. It's more than a card and always generates a great response. I'd like to see more options for 4 people.

The people enjoy viewing his family and friends dancing for him. It was very happy for my mom. All the family have a happy moment.

Just what we needed. So many options and plenty of opportunities to provide a lot of smiles for friends and families.

I contacted the chat room and explained that a card I made was never delivered. Actually there were 2 but one told me today she received it.
It didn't take much time or effort for you to charge me a subscription fee but trying to get this settled now past her birthday is very difficult. I want this resolved. Your web site does not make this situation easy to navigate

E cards nothing that I have interest waste of my time and money. I want a refund. Or I will report this as fraud.

Uploading of faces is very intuitive. I'm only not sure if there is easy way to edit already added faces - like the smile contours.
Shortly I'm happy with the purchase.

I experienced jibjab from a card I received and was so impressed I joined myself. I found the site easy to use with a variety of options for cards which are quite unique.

I was very disappointed when I found out, AFTER I rejoined, that you do not allow your customers to download their video. I wanted to put it on a big screen TV at a birthday party for the Family to view and give a copy as a birthday gift.

I did a disco dance video of my wife and me for our son's birthday. He and his wife absolutely loved it and thought it was a riot.

I would like to cancel my membership as the service is too expensive. I will not be using it again. The images are silly (I get that they are supposed to be funny.) They are supposed to be relevant. They are not. My family members did not like them and therefore I will not be using them again.

I thought jib jab card was $ 1.80. I was charged $18.00. I would like to cancel please. Can you please cancel this membership agreement.

Starting to get boring. Need much more new content. More movie spoofs and misc. Events etc. less tacky gross content.

There wasn't much to choose from and many of the graphics were not impressive. I would like to unsubscribe and do not plan on using the site again.

Cropping head shots is pretty easy, but if you make an error with the placement of the head shot or the mouth widget you can't backup--you get to start over. I had to start over several times. Still the movie cards are a hoot. Worth the trouble if you have extra time.

It runs nicely, very hard to peronalize, but can't send it to anyone. I bot it for a brthday surprise, spent 90 min getting nowhere.

Great replacement of a greeting card! The video I sent was a Fathers Day video to my husband & it was so spot on to my husbands interests, it was ironic!
