The only problem is that isn't possible download the videos to formats for computers and cellphones. The service is great and fabulous, maybe I can to use more time because I'm thankful for all. Its fun, but i recommende that you should to permit the downloads free for the premium acces.

My only experience so far has been a one-off sent to cover a particular situation. I can't see it going anywhere else soon. I'll hang in for a bit, however. Who knows, eh?

Great online card with spunk! Needed a card that was Creative for the Super Hero in our office celebrating his 60th birthday.

Really neat, different concept. So much better than buying a card at the store. I laughed making it and know my wife laughed hard when she received it!

I have used JibJab for many years and have watched them grow with what they offer us. WORTH EVERY PENNY! You can say 'happy birthday" in words or you can make a fun beautiful mini-movie and REALLY say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!". They do many holidays and seasons and just about any event you can imagine. And to top it off, there support is responsive, capable and friendly

I tried the free trial but didn't realize I would be charged monthly. After a quick email, the representative quickly responded and refunded a month fee.

I sent out two birthday cards. They were the first things I created. The recipients loved them, and I love making them. Lots of laughs for me!

I was dissatisfied with the options for Fathers Day cards. After I paid for membership I was sorry that I had signed up. I immediately made sure that my membership wouldn't automatically renew.

Really Funny Videos! Made me and all my friend laugh really hard! I would definitely recommend if you like funny videos!

Overall, I am satisfied with the ability to easily create video greetings for my grandchildren using their photos. However, I wish that I could edit existing photos without having to play with them on my computer files and then re-upload them.

Kinda odd, all looked like could stand some remodeling. Nothing I felt like traveling any distance to see or participate in.

I would be MUCH better and nearly perfect if it used HTML5 instead of flash as iPhone people can not by default view the videos.

The grandkids loved sending such great birthday greetings to far-away relatives! Easy for me to set up for them.

I'm extremely disappointed that Jib Jab videos are no longer downloadable. They cannot be edited into home movies, they cannot be shared with individuals in areas that lack internet connectivity, like hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
If it's a PROFITS issue, perhaps JibJab can simply charge a premium for downloading options. Sorry to be a Complainer, but these issues are a deal- breaker for me and possibly many others.

Wish there were more continuous selection that are offered weekly
I enjoyed the videos and cards and want a little more variety. The app doesn't offer everything the website on my home computer does

I enjoyed the choices of cards and the ability to put various pics in the ones I sent. Now I have to fill more of this box and I don't like it.

We love JibJab! I love sending an unique card, and a JibJab video always promotes smiles! Very easy to use!
