Very easy to create! I thought I had an issue making the video but that was on my end. Thanks for making this site available and so much fun! I will def pass onto friends. The girls night out, where I'll show this will be so much fun and probably the highlight of the evening.

Tried all tips and could not download photos. Viewed the help video - no luck - video pretty bad. No return from email request for help.

Through the computer does not go to save the video. Very few of the videos at that price. Expensive. Inwant my money back

Receiver laughed hysterically when they opened this. It was easier than I expected and didn't take much time to create, other than finding the best face photo to use.

Don't kniw know how to do what with solution. I tried but it didn't work and my issue gas not been resolved

I sent an inquiry/request today. It was acknowledged within moments and then resolved in under three hours, to my satisfaction. In my experience, this customer service is exceptional in today's online marketplace.

Like the cards, but messages are far too short and you can't easily see when someone has opened your card. Be better if you were sent an email notification.

Have to learn better on how to place the mouth. I am sure that the more I use this app, the better I will get.

Disappointed in what's offered. Have used Jib Jab many times over the past and enjoyed the result. Not this time though. The videos aren't as amusing or as varied as they used to be and the Jib Jab advertisement on the birthday card i created andposted on FB was very intrusive. Just not as fun as it used to be.: (

Sent 3 cards and she loved all three, especially the roller girl, as she is a rollerderby pro! Looking forward to sending other fun cards to her and my other family members.

This site is the best and so easy to use! Such good value and there are loads of choices so if you cannot find one that suits your needs then it probably does not exist out there in the ether!

I've used JibJab for years and love the video cards. I wish there were more of them. Maybe you could do famous movie scenes with my head on them. It doesn't have to be music videos. I should be able to do the final Dirty Dancing dance with my wife!
