JibJab has garnered a positive reputation for its creative and entertaining video offerings, which customers appreciate for their ability to personalize messages for various occasions. The company's customer service stands out, with many reviews highlighting prompt and professional responses, particularly regarding subscription cancellations and refunds. However, some customers expressed frustration over technical issues and lack of communication regarding sent cards, indicating room for improvement in service consistency. Overall, while JibJab excels in customer support and product quality, addressing the occasional service hiccup could enhance the overall customer experience.

Great site for e-cards; lots of choice, makes the point with the recipient; no hassles as long as you have a photograph of the recipient
Bad bussiness, cause they charge the fully year, showing you only the monthly cost, and put it to automatically renew without asking you, bad bussiness practice
Have tried the above several time without success. PLEASE CANCEL our subscription to JibJab. Thank you.
NOTE: Will give it another try in September.
Cards not as good as they used to be & not able to easily add heads bc for some reason my membership linked to my sisters FB. Didn't receive confirmation receipent opened my card
Easy... satisfied. Setup account was easy, downloading photo and setting up a birthday card was easy and quickly done. I went into account today as I do not like automatic renewal but was happy to see I could remove that. Overall satisfied.
Video received on my mail but you can not download it.
I don't have a IPHONE and can't record your video on my PC as before.
Guess hotmail rejects cards from jib jab? My friend looked in her spam, junk, and other folders and couldn't locate the cards. Disappointed because they were for her autistic grandson who finally, at the age of 7, gets what a birthday for himself means and these two cards were for him.
I was hoping that the video I created would appear as a clean video on Facebook, but it comes with too many bells and whistles (frames and logos) advertising JibJab.
Its fun to have and to show family members. Why do I have to enter 100 letters or more? Everytime I try to submit it won't let me. One last try
I have been sending these cards to friends and relatives for a while now. Try to have their photos handy and find a card that fits their personality or interest. Not sure if they enjoy it as much as me. Hope so!
Worked great for a first time user, Just went on line found some pitures and made them work. Emailed and she was laughing out loud
Living in a senior community it's been great fun showing seniors just how young they are by putting them into dance and song videos. Also using it now to send to my grandchildren pictures of their grandparents living it up.
There was a suggestion that there was a free registration (i. E., pay per card) option but the sign up process automatically charges for a year's membership. It was really just an explanation of the advantages of a paid subscription vs. free. Suggest that the wording be clearer that paid subscription is the only option.
So dissatisfied I didn't send it. Want a refund. Followed directions and face looked nothing like my sons face on the gettin jiggly card.
Quick, easy, lots of choice. Makes it simple to get a unique birthday wish to anyone, as long as they have a sense of humour. Recipient loved it!
I've been sent jibjabs before and loved them, but I have not even been able to watch the one I sent to my husband for his birthday (and he gave up before the end because it buffered for so long). It just won't load on iPad.
Maybe it's our weedy rural broadband, but I can usually stream stuff. Couldn't find an obvious way to get help with this.
I'll keep trying though...
I used to be able to download a video file to keep or insert into Powerpoints etc but find this is no longer possible... dissappointed.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
