Need more explanation/instructions for first time learners. Making the cars is such and giving them to others is even better! Make more cars appropriate for children to give to their parents for birthdays etc.
Clean Jib Jab is hilarious. I can't get enough. I can't stop laughing at the CLEAN FUNNY stuff. BUT now i see dirty videos and cards... This is terrible for young people. They should be removed ASAP Keep it clean. I was offended...

I found the perfect card for my friend's birthday and she loved it. She loves Yoga and this card shows her doing Yoga poses.
It is very easy to prepare... but the video is very old fashioned. You see very low resolution
And worst of all, you can not download the video to your computer

I tried to get one only one birthday card, hopefully for free. Web search was for no membership. You forced me to pay but said it was $1.50, I figured that was ok. Then I get an email from you that says I paid you $18 for a year membership exactly what I DIDN'T want. I tried to contact you and you knew I would complain about the charge because it was a choice on your website. I abhorr rip offs! You finally stopped the charge but now I have no card and it was just a waste of time! Will never use your website and will tell all about your rip off behavior!

Hi, the card I made was my first experience using Jibjab. I had gotten the same card from a friend and loved it. But I found the process frustrating because I could not go back and edit it by moving the head size, and lip shape around after reviewing the card I was making. The mouths ended up NOT lining up with the movement when the mouths opened in the video. Have I missed some button I could have used to go BACK and redo my card after reviewing it? I'd love some instruction on that. Thanks!
I wanted to cancel my auto-renewal and subscription. At first, it was readily available how to do this on the website. I started to think that it was going to be "buried" on the site somewhere. When I found how to do it (it wasn't buried at all), I submitted a request and was told it would take 3-5 days to process. I received an email from a living, breathing human being indicating that the refund was processed. I love the fact that I didn't have to worry about whether or not it was taken care of! I feel convinced that JibJab is a quality online company! I love it!
