Fairly simple to use. Would be much easier if Jib Jab could access your albums on FB and not just a few Picts from each. When creating the faces, to fill the space, you have to blow up the picture of the face so much that sometimes it looks grainy. But overall, it a fun tool to use for e-cards.
As much fun to make as it is to receive! Wonderful way to share yourself with someone you care about.
So much fun. Love that there are so many different cards to choose from and that they are so detailed. Sometimes the faces do not fit in properly but i can say we have had a blast and many laughs using this. Thanks!

It's not easy to update your file when forced to select a new password, which it suggests, then tell you your name is already taken. Many cards are quite old now. Looking forward to new one's
While I really enjoy creating a JibJab video, and I think they are hilarious, I detest the auto-renewal system on ANYTHING, and that's why you only get 3 stars, and that is why I cancelled my membership.
The choice is very American... in style and music. I had to search long for something suitable for my aging Scots brother.
Most of the newer cards require insertion of a photo of the face of the person you are sending the cards, and perhaps additional friends or whatever. I chose a great facial photo to upload, aligned it perfectly, but the face was unrecognizable with all the extra expressions added by jibjab. I would have loved to have sent one of these with the great songs but I couldn't find one where the face of the person was recognizable with the card. I ended up choosing one of the few cards that didn't require personalization.
Frustrating experience, it allows you to make use of it once and after that, you can't log back in. Tried everything with help of your staff. Nothing happened. Waste of money
B-Day for example, I wanted to send a card from both of us and there were just a few options to choose from. I would like to see a larger variety of options...

Love the originality and humor of the Jibjab company overall. When there was an issue with my account they fixed it right away and made it easy for me. I really appreciate that from a company these days.
