Actually I found JibJab website interesting and different, but I also came to the conclusion that I will not always use those funny video because I am 63 years old. I created it only once.

I have used jib on many occasions and my friends loved seeing their faces dancing to the music. Anytime i contacted customer service they were nice and very helpful immediately. Cant ask for better.

I came across the site and wanted to use it to send a card to my wife. I found a perfect card, but realized later that it was only available to members. Once I learned how much it costs (which is very reasonable) I decided to join. At this point, I experience problems in attempting to sign up, as the site page was not showing properly. I suspected it was because I was on my work computer and network. So after a few failed attempts, I called technical support. After I explained the situation and that it was probably my work network, the support person apologized despite it not being their fault, and then he upgraded me to a year membership for my trouble. I was shocked and very happy. What fantastic customer support. And the card was a HUGE hit with my wife!

I have been using JibJab for several months and had a question on how to alter the number of characters in a video. One of the JibJab staff responded to my question in a very pleasant way with clear instructions. I am happy with this fun service. I make silly holiday videos starring my grandkids and they love it!
I simply have not used my account in over a year, because I particularly wanted it for one time, when I first purchased it. I noticed today that an automatic payment was charged to my credit card one month ago, and I called today to cancel, and ask to be reimbursed. I was surprised by the quick service. I was immediately in contact with a customer service rep, without having to wait, and he was done processing my request in less that a minute, with no qualms. I will definitely renew my membership with JibJab in the future, when I have further use for it.
I was under the misunderstanding that all the cards were video - and when mine did now show the video logo, and only a card appeared - I was devastated - so called JibJab and it was explained to me, along with several follow-up e-mails. Very happy with their service and very polite representatives that I talked to.

Basically, I inadvertently signed up and was charged more than I had anticipated. I didn't get around to getting it fixed right away, and it was outside their 30 day window; however, when I attempted to resolve the problem, they worked with me, escalated it to another rep, and in the end, resolved it. More importantly, every step of the way, they were polite, professional, and enthusiastically helpful. Thanks, JibJab Customer Support!
I love this app and can't stop using it. I had an issue and contacted jib jab customer support and they got back to me in minutes. I love that! I deal with thousands of customers daily and I rate jib jab with excellent customer service. Now I have my family and friends using the app. Definitely worth the money into I decide to get the full site!
A big thank you to the customer support team... specifically Kelly N. She was able to resolve the issue very quickly. My wife had unwittingly signed up for a membership TWICE and also auto-renewal. Neither of which she intended to do. Kelly got to the bottom of it quickly and was able to credit and cancel within an hour of first contact.
I had a wonderful experience with a customer service rep at Jibjab. I had forgotten my user name and password and could not get in. I emailed their HELP area on their website and someone responded very quickly and got me up and running again. 5 stars! Thank you Jibjab!
Sent JibJab support an email because I was having trouble accessing my account... long story... I received a reply within 3 minutes and the end result was that they had figured out what I had done wrong, rectified the problem and now I am a happy JibJabber again!
It is so fun for me to send JibJab to my family and grandchildren. Some of the music was from my generation or slightly edgy for a "grandmother"... we all had a great laugh with the cards, dance and music.
I always enjoy sending JibJab cards to my family and friends. I like some of the newer cards and would like to see even more.
The help I recieved supercieded that of any I have ever had! So much so, than I had ever anticipated. These people went well beyond their means, and have resolved my issues completely! Thank You so very much :).
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
