I sent a brief email explaining my problem with the JibJab site. I received a quick personal response with information on how to correct my problem with the caveat that if more help was needed, please do not hesitate. I wrote back with a clarification of my request and received immediate attention and my problem was resolved - I had two different email accounts. One account was closed and a refund check is on the way. I loved the courteous attention that was given to a problem I had created.
It's always a fun experience to customize your JibJab cards and share them with family and friends. They really enjoy receiving their cards on their special day (birthday, holidays, etc.) and it's a great way to show them how much you care while making them laugh...

I reached out to JibJab's customer service team to cancel an account and process a refund. I had a JibJab account I didn't use as often as I'd expected. The account was setup for an auto-renewal. I'd cancelled my account 1 day after the auto-renewal. After e-mail their Customer Service team, explaining my situation, they promptly (and courteously) processed a 'full' refund.

Why would you not tell people up front that you're going to try to charge them for an auto renewing subscription before you'll let them watch the video they spent a lot of time creating? Bad business. Be honest! I would have paid for my video, but now I won't even be coming to your site.
I want one card, not a year subscription. If I could purchase a card here or there when I wanted it, I would be a return customer. As it is, I won't be using them at all since they weren't up front about the cost. No thanks. I don't deal with people who do dirty business.
My card plays just fine, but will not go from step two add a message to step 3 send. It is like part of the screen is missing at step two on the right side where the Done button would normally be. It is not letting me send anything.

I have sent many cards using this site and friends and family always love them. The fact that you can no longer adjust the shape of the head is kind of lame especially knowing that they use to offer that. Not sure why they removed it but the original heads that I have from when I could do that look much better.
The only other complaint I have is that many of the videos are really low brow male kind of humor (like farting…) I would like to see more videos that might appeal to women.
Overall I would say it has been very positive and fun. Not expensive either given the price of paper cards.
Had an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I called customer service and she sorted everything out for me refunding the money and making sure I wouldnt be charged again! Love their products just rarely use them! Thank you Vicky for being a fantastic listener and problem solver!
First they didn't tell me that it would auto-renew and charge 18 the second time around. When I canceled they said I would get a refund in 48 hours and I gave them 5 days. I finally emailed and they said they would refund in 7 to 10 days. The worst part is they stole my identity. When I signed up it was with my debit card. Earlier this year my bank issued new cards with new numbers to place the new chip in the cards and my old card was canceled. Somehow without my knowledge jibjab obtained my new card number and charged my new card. They claim I gave them the card number originally which is not possible since I had a different card then. They will steal your identity, don't sign up ever
Yes! Rip Offs. I'm contacting the Attorney General's Office in your area. You are all thiefs. Pulling money from members accounts without prior approval. Shame on you. Criminals!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
