5 Stars to Jib Jab, great at creating clever, entertaining cards that deliver tons of laughs. Things change and I do not need this service now, haven't utilized it for about a year, so when renewal fee showed on my credit card, I asked for a refund.

I accidentally signed up for a year instead of a trial subscription to Jib-Jab. I love the site but was not ready for a full year subscription, the support staff was there for me and refunded my money immediately. Their prompt service made me want a full year subscription.
I cancelled my auto-renewal, and requested cancellation of a subscription. It was handled the same day, and with no fuss. I enjoyed my one year subscription, but realized I needed something more family/child oriented, as the majority of jibjab is young adult and adult level in my opinion. Very Fun and Entertaining when I did use it. Everyone involved in the jibjabs I created had a great time watching themselves!

I had an issue with the ap not linking to social media. The response from the team was immediate and resolution timely. I was thinking what a waste of money-because I was expecting no response. But I am thinking a complete 180degrees-since the issue was completely resolved and before 48 hours was gone by. It's a fun ap to use-more fun to share-and I appreciated the attention to the issue and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Recommend this team!
JibJab advertised "join JibJab for $1.50." Next day my Credit Card account had an $18.00 charge. I called and they said I "... had to read further down, it says it will charge for a full year." An honest busIness would just say a yearly charge of $18.00. I told them they better refund my money.
They asked me to rate them via email. I went under positive comments, I called them Con artist.
Without having read what I said they requested me to rate them online. Sometimes Karma can be so sweet. I HOPE HONEST COMPETITION TAKES YOU OUT OF BUSINESS! $#*!S!
I had to contact JibJab customer service today to straighten out a billing problem. Precious was very courteous and helpful and corrected the problem immediately. It was a pleasure to talk with Precious!

Jib-Jab is so user-friendly. I do not consider myself computer savvy and I love making cards on the Jib-Jab site. It's just the best type of personalized card to send. The music background is always top notch. Keep up the good - no GREAT work.
I purchased a one year subscription to JibJab. They sent no receipt acknowledging my purchase and I was not able to access my account because none had been created. In fact they did not even recognize my email address. When I called customer service, they were quick to issue a refund... too quick. To me this is a very deceptive business practice. Charge your card (with recurring charges no less), the provide absolutely nothing.
I really enjoyed sending out cards to family and friends. Very, Very funny!
I had a problem with sending cards saying that I didn't have a membership, when I did. With a couple of e-mails back and forth, it was resolved with a very patient and helpful customer service rep.

I went back and forth with representative Ashley M. To find out I was using an incorrect browser. Between many emails and a phone call she handle this computer illiterate with great compassion and empathy. Making me a true JibJab satisfied, loyal fan.
After, filling ready to release it ask for credit card info, if it is free why ask?, I have no problem in giving it but least give me a day or two for payment. I can pay 4.00 now. (2.99)
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
