Shortly after an unauthorized purchase was made to my credit card, I received an email from Jibjab to alert me. I replied that I did not authorize the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a notice from a supervisor that the purchase had been refunded. What a relief it was to know this company helped to resolve my issue in a timely manner.
I've had a Jibjab account for a couple of years. I don't use it a lot and forget that I have it. But when I did use it, it was fun, quick and easy to use. When I had a problem with accessing my account, I got a resolution overnight that was kind and courteous and thorough.
I love the JibJab cards and make a lot of them. When I had a minor question, Alessandra S. Replied very appropriately and clearly, and totally took care of it for me. I am very happy with JibJab.

I joined JibJab last year for my grandchildren and I to make a few videos for their enjoyment. I was charged for another year recently which I didn't want. I called JibJab and spoke with Dominic V. who was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I had all my information lined up in front of me and was ready to argue my point. No need! Dominic understood what I wanted and immediately started the paperwork to process a refund. I have ZERO concerns about signing up for JibJab in the future should the grandchildren want to play with this again. What a pleasant experience. I'd forgotten I had an account and that it was on auto-renewal. Once I saw the renew I asked for a refund to my original form of payment. Jib-Jab refunded my money within one day! GOOD HONEST PEOPLE THERE!

Hello team JibJab, i am happy that i renewed the membership, however i was hoping to find more personalisation room. The detail: if i have to personalise for a small group of 2,3 and maybe 4 faces. On older date cards there was the option of filling in the spot, 1, 2, 3 and 4 faces. Now seems to be 5 and no other option.
I am happy to contribute and hope that this might be taken care.

Had a question to resolve and left an e-mail not expecting a response or a positive resolution that happens often with so many 'blind' e-mails. Well, forget that. JibJab customer service is fast, prompt, on target and exactly what you would hope for. I did not realize I had auto renew... I had on Ly used jib jab once so when I got notified a payment was made from my account I wondered why. I wrote to jib jab and they immediately corresponded with me. They cancelled my account no problems and refunded my money.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
