It was much easier than I thought it would be. My 12 year old son did the photo cropping and manipulating with ease, probably better than I would have done.
First, the Jib Jab was never delivered to the email address that I recorded for it to be sent to. Secondly, I was joining for the first time, and the price was advertised as a monthly rate, so I assumed that that's all I would be charged at first. Should have read the fine print apparently, as I instead was charged $18 up front (the annual rate) for a card that didn't even get delivered!
I love most of the videos. I find myself checking for new ones all the time. The best part is sharing what you created and watching everyone laugh.
JibJab is always my turn to for any occasion that I need to send a card on! I can't wait until there are more birthday songs uploaded to create cards to! I will always recommend JibJab!
I created a birthday card for a co-worker who loves JibJab - I personally always thought the cards were free so was shocked when I had to buy a year membership, but that's not my concern. My concern is I tried emailing the card to myself at my work address first, and I did not recieve it. I checked junk and spam folders and it wasn't there. I then tried emailing the card to my personal gmail account (twice), and again never received it not even in junk folders. I ended up taking a screenshot of the card and hyperlinking the image in an email and sending it to her that way. I'm glad I tested it before just sending it to her otherwise I'd feel like a bad co-worker not sending a birthday card. I'd like to cancel my year membership also but am not sure how. Wish I had just sent a regular card.
What a fun experience, our daughter loves her card, and we would not hesitate to use JibJab again to send e cards to friends and family.

I somehow messed up my password and couldn't login to JibJab. Unfortunately it was over the weekend and I had to get a card out, so I had no choice but to open a new account. I contacted JibJab and received a great response. Not only was my password reset, but I was refunded the fee for the second account. Great job, JibJab! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a way to simply reset my password without having to go through customer service.

JibJab has been awesome, especially to send as birthday "cards" to our customers. It is a little something special without spending a lot of money! What a great idea, easy to use and oh so funny!
I was most impressed by how easy it was to make! Only confusing part was that I'm not sure it allowed me to pick the charge for one month or for a year... will check my acct!
I wanted one card but ended up paying for a year. The e card was great.
Took me almost an hour to figure out, through their disorganized instructions and clicking links to get my credit card to work in getting started with my new account. Finally it worked, but was a loooong hassle to GET STARTED. After that it worked fine, but 1 hour?
Excellent quality of videos and funny songs but need more! Feels like I am recycling it for my friends.
