The card was fine. But I noticed that you set up an auto payment. I do not believe i gave you permission to do that. I have cancelled the auto payment. This is a sleazy way of doing business.

But could be improved if NOT occasion specific but with option to add the ocassion. So instead of having birthday ones, just let me decide at the end if I want it to be for a birthday, anniversary or just bold script to send a message.

I'm very disappointed. My card didn't get to the recipient. I tried sending it twice and I verified the email address. I also sent it to another email address to be sure and it didn't ge there either. I will be withdrawing my subscription

1. My message did not get sent on the day that JibJab said. I got a message saying that it was sent but the person I sent it to said he never received it. Two days later after I repeatedly tried to send the message, he finally received it--with the video but my written message (birthday greeting) never did get through. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to discontinue it. I also don't appreciate that you automatically set it up as an automatic yearly renewal. Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of getting my yearly renewal cancelled.

I am glad I have a way to make my friends laugh at themselves., and send them greetings that will make them laugh and brighten their day.
As a new user to JibJab, I of course have a learning curve so-to-speak regarding making entertaining & quality work. That being said, I have been disappointed at the ability to change faces properly, etc. I would like to see greater ability for manipulating the various features.

I've had so much fun using this website to create ecards for family and friends, and everyone who's received one has just been bowled over by how funny they are. I decided to become a member because I needed a quick card, and figured I would cancel my membership after the first year, but it's become such a valuable, handy site that I've used it many times! I've never had any issues with the site, but decided just to write a silly email to the support team last week, for fun. I received a prompt reply, even though I had no real issues. The site is fun, and the people who work there seem to be a lot of fun, too. I would highly recommend JibJab to anyone who wants to send something more unique and personal than a regular ecard!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
