I wish there were more kids videos where you can put an entire family in a family friendly video. I was looking for something for a 12 yr old happy birthday and there wasn't much to choose from. Too Adult sexual content!

I've sent several birthday greetings this week and I've had great response from the birthday kids. Very clever stuff. I wish it were a little easier to add attractive text messages to the emails.

I had a little problem with my membership, it was too expensive with the Canadian conversion rate for the amount of downloads I do a year, it's not worth the rebate on each video. Heather was very helpful and answered rapidly.

Fun to make their cards. I had a date problem and customer service followed up until they knew I had gotten it all settled.
I got this message about the change this morning from Visa about the charge from you. I had no idea that I had some kind of subscription, so took contact with your support.
I sent a ticket, but then I also found a number to call in the charge to the Visa card.
Devonne handled the issue really well, canceled for me and set up the return of my money.
I have two issues for you.
1. I listened to the message " 1 minute until your turn" for about 20 minutes. A bit irritating, but not a big deal, since I am retired
2. Could not get my email address to be recognized to log in. Devote confirmed I used the correct email
My payment seemed to not go thru although I had an email confirmation. Jib Jab was on the job instantlyj and made it possible to make my video right away. Thanx Jib Jab.
The account representative who took care of me, and solved my problem IMMEDIATELY, was totally professional. Never once did he make me feel dumb or stupid, just did what he did to assist me in the nicest manner possible. Thank you for hiring and training so well.
Multiple Videos, after being emailed were never riecieved.
Your siter doesnt recall emails previosly used... and have to reenter the same emails over and over again.
I sent one video of my Daughter, and she recieved a Completely different Video that was not hers?

Made a few cards and got a few laughs. For the price, especially if I use it more this year, pretty decent cost.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
