Am sad to see that you are not adding functionality to your site. Things started to go downhill once you began to limit the head modification-especially the fine tuning of the face outline. You should be making that feature more robust and adding the ability to "accessorize" your heads with simple add-ons like glasses, ear rings, nose rings... etc.
I like the site and paid for annual access. I think being asked to pay again to download is too much.

I was disappointed to learn of the limited number of pictures that can be locked into the system. When more pictures are chosen then the previous ones are dropped. It could do with double the number of pictures retained.

... when you sign up and pay your membership fee, they don't tell you that you to pay a few dollars per video to actually download it. First of all... why a few dollars per video? Its not costing JibJab anything more to provide this service. Secondly JibJab should make it clear what the full costs are... the way its done now is dishonest
I received an automatic renewal charge from JibJab on my credit card statement.
This was my husband's account with JibJab, but he passed away several months ago and not used the site months before that. I thought I'd have difficulty trying to reach them, but once I had the phone number, made the call and explained the situation... the customer support person was quick to help me get a refund. What makes me rate them A+ is the empathy shown to me by the customer support person on the loss of my husband.
I love JibJab but do not like what seems to be a dumbing-down of the features, such as creating new heads and the ability to choose the number of people in the videos. In the past I was able to make tailor the heads to my liking in terms of proportion and shape--but now it is much simpler, but not necessarily the most aesthetically pleasing. I miss the ability to choose the number of people cast, when available on certain videos, too. Perhaps the simplified features should be free and a more feature-laden version should be available to subscribers as an option?

Most of our "Choose 1 - 5" videos are available during the holidays. :) We removed the shaping feature to make our casting process easier for all; this is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards. However, we offer some different head shapes in our mobile apps!
This process was suggested to me by my department supervisor. I had a presentation, and needed to introduced the team members. It was perfect; it caught the attention of the audience in the first 30 seconds, and we never let go!

Your system is apparently based on the principle that a company's business is founded on providing a total service to customers. A service that does not stop or cease at the stores front door. Most internet companies i have used apparently do not realize this... perhaps since they do not have face to face with customers. My complements to Jib Jab for selling a COMPLETE PRODUCT--the inclusion of after sales service. Jib Jab strategy is sound and will continue to build upon its existing customer base due to its recognition that on line relationships require easy for the customer sales follow up as extended to me. Was a little frustrated trying to find a birthday card to send to granddaughter where both my husband and I were singing and dancing happy birthday. Never did find what I had in my head. Seems you should be able to select how many are going to be personalized in the video. It was still fun.
The video e card never made it to the recipient. I checked to see if I had the correct email address. Checked his spam folder and attempted several times to resend. I finally forwarded the version sent to my email. A lot of work. Very expensive
Jib Jab needs a better selection of birthday jib jabs. Some of them are pretty corny and I ended up using one I had used before.
