I did this for my daughter who has cancer, it was a bit hard getting the right photo to fit the face but got there in the end it was worth it. She loved it couldn't stop laughing. I enjoyed it myself so did the others that were in it as well.

I wish there would have been more music videos. Most of the comedy was lame. I first signed up for $12.50 for the year. It didn't go through for some reason or another. Tried making other cards only to find I couldn't send them without paying again. I had to pay $18 to sign up again for a year. Wasn't worth the money.

Most of my family live far away from us and I have friends abroad. I never know when snail mail will arrive, but my jib jab cards are always on time and I can personalize them!

I made Jim jab videos of my family and some friends. It was so funny I made myself laugh so much. Everyone else thought it was great too except for my sister-in-law. She threatened me with serious physical harm if I sent the jib jab video of her and my wife to anyone. Maybe I will post it on Facebook or You-Tube?

I felt a fee to download my JibJab video is unnecessary and way to high. Fifty cents would be a good EXTRA fee other than the membership fee.
The site is great, works easily, even if you've never done it before. Only problem is if you pay for a premium membership, there's not enough new music videos or cards added annually.
If you have lots of people to do birthday or occasions for, you can't be recycling these ideas for them (as they will all see the card that was specially made for them, with someone elses face).
For the price of membership, JibJab needs to keep adding at a faster pace than they currently do.
I didnt realize how limited the music videos were, especially for two female or two male photos. Will be canceling subscription.
I love the concept the company is working with. However, I purchased the subscription for sending a b-day card to my brother. It took me a good half hour to get all of pictures in for the card. After doing that and sending it off to my brother, he sent me an email back saying that he couldn't open the card. I tried it and I had the same problem. I was very disappointed.
The good news is that when I requested a refund, they gave it to me immediately. I think JibJab just needs to do a bit more work on their product so that it can be viewed across the board.
Only thing I'd like you to add is the ability to adjust a face once you've seen the video instead of having to delete and completely read upload picture.
Several years ago I enjoyed making a video on jibjab that allowed me to contour the faces in a more realistic way. This feature appears to have been removed and the results are less satisfying. It was such s great feature and I'd like to know why it is no longer available. I will probably cancel my membership for this reason.
