My team was in tears watching those funny videos. Great concept and wonder if you can please add more option. It's a bit limited.

I think I laughed as hard making the cards, especially the ones w Mexican themes since I am retired in Mexico as my family and friends did when receiving them. I got the idea from my son who subscribes. The only reason I am not renewing is finanacial and I am quitting/not renewing all entertainment subscriptions.

Really nicely laid out to let even a computer hostile dinosaur put together a fun personalized card. My sister-in-law even claims she enjoyed seeing herself as a dancing candle! Maybe more points for manners than honesty, but I'll take what-ever credit I can get!

Great choice, easy to personalise and great fun to see finished product, all done in around a minute or so. Adds lot of humour and makes the greeting more personal.
Good response from customer support if you need them, my issue was resolved within 24 hours, great communication from them, highly recommend.

I was having a great time until I wasn't. When I had a bad experience with the site's service, I asked for my money back per their guarantee, and JibJab quickly and without question accommodated my request. Excellent customer service made me rethink leaving so hastily.

I paid for a custom jibjab, tried several times to customize it and had no luck my daughter received a standard message. Charged 18.00 recurring charge and I am not happy at all.

I have never had such a good time laughing, this is a pick me up for those who need a good round of joy. It is a great service and i will continue to enjoy the good times!

After I figured out the options, all was easy and fun.

It wasn't clear enough that I would be billed for an entire year as the ad at the top of the page only listed the per month fee. I thought I would be billed monthly and could cancel any time.
