I renewed my JibJab account because their cards are very diverse, good for any friend or occasion.
It may be that I'm just old, but I'm having a hard time navigating this app. I would love an option for 'amount of chatracters' and some other more specific options. Otherwise, I think JibJab is hilarious and I love having it on my phone!
I send the card to my friend, the card was great, very funny and easy to edit. It would be nice if we could type more than 140 characters, but is not as important as when the card arrive to my friend and she clicked to open, it didn't open.

Somewhat frustrating that you cant make edits once you have begun personalization of of the videos. I modified the message for example, but the changes would not remain when i sent out video. Otherwise they are great and bring a lot of joy

I thought that I was being charged for 1 month. Instead, I was charged for the year. I thought that I would have access to all of the videos but don't see them. I feel like I was mislead.
Once I got the hang of adding faces it was a piece of cake to put together a really special birthday wish for a friend and she loved it! So tired of bad news and political stuff posted. JibJab is a great way to send upbeat messages and it's so much fun to personalize. And the cost to join is worth every penny!
I had a mysterious JibJab charge that appeared on my bank statement that I couldn't account for. Contacted JibJab and I got a really quick response. There was a problem finding a record of this transaction, but my support person diligently researched it and was terribly patient ( turns out, husband unknowingly created an additional account under his name...). Issue was resolved. I was really impressed with the fast response time, and the fact that the same support person was handling my case instead of multiple people handing off to each other. Fun site and wonderful staff.
My first Jib Jab videos was for a friend's birthday and I shared it for several others to view. They all found the dance videos hilarious

But it was worth it to deliver this card to my friends.
I have been a jibjab customer for many years, and I have never regretted my decision to join.
I initially reached out to JibJab customer service for assistance with my login. Within a few days I did receive a response assisting me with acquiring a new log in email since I was no longer able to access the old email address that I used when I signed up for the program. Since then I have sent 5 emails requesting assistance cancelling the subscription altogether and have yet to receive a response. They do however keep sending me a request to leave a review for my customer service experience So since they failed to respond to me, this is my review- very poor.
Last week work had JibJabs with our head shots on numerous dance and music videos - I laughed often and every day. So decided to create similar fun for family and friends - so far I've got 4 thanks with LOL and 1 not so happy recipient (but think that one was just out of sort - he'll laugh some day).
It took me a while to figure out how to put faces into cards from a photo jpg file. Otherwise things went well in creating the cards.
