The possibilities are nice but it is very very sad that we cannot download videos, even though we have paid the membership fee... instead we need to pay an extra fee... exhausting.
My two Grandsons aged one and two think it's the funniest thing they've ever seen!
After picking out a picture and transferring it to the card I wanted to send, I clicked next and all I ever got was a blank green screen. I tried several time and the same thing happened each time. I cancelled my subscription. I will not pay for something that doesn't work.
I did not give a positive review to customer support because I never used them.
Love watching the videos... the whole family enjoys it, just wish there was an easy way to go back and edit the mouths on the faces they just never seem to align right makes everyone look like they have a stache and need more options for father's day videos. Other than that everyone who receives an ecard will talk about how much they enjoyed it and will replay them over and over again.

I created a card and gave you the email address. This is the 2nd time I have taken a Jib Jab subscription and requested a refund as the card was never sent. I had to forward a copy of the URL for the person to see the card. Kindly refund my $18.00. I will not be giving Jib Jab another chance.

Charging a yearly fee and then charging even more to download your video is a joke. For the person who only wants to do one or two videos a year, this is a total ripoff. For the person who does who does one or two videos a month, this is still a ripoff. Jib Jab needs to come up with alternate billing methods. Such as an ala cart way of charging for the infrequent user. For the high volume user offer a subscription that gives you a discount on the download price.
It's a good way of communicating with people I n a fun light hearted way
Interested in cards good for children in which they could be video stars, I made a request. JibJab responded quickly with a very positive and helpful attitude, plus a great answer. Told me to check out their StoryBots site. Very nice things there also. I've been a member at JibJab for a few years now, and I'm happy to recommend them.
I have been a member for several years and I liked it better when I could manipulate the faces to fit the space better. The way it is now, there is often background from the pics.
I sent Father's Day greetings to my husband and my sons, and also our new preacher, who is soon to become a dad. Also, put those on Facebook. Got fun reactions, and really got a kick out of watching them myself. Was rather proud that I was able to do it, since I am 73.
I've had an on-going issue with my JibJab account in the past 6 months. Ever since my subscription renewal payment fell due. My current geographic location means that an online credit card payment cannot be processed. I have written to the JibJab team on at least 4 occassions in recent months. Each time they are responsive, if apparently unable to resolve the core issue. At least they have always provided me with a complimentary 90-day access pending a full fix.
This was my first time with these guys - as I found their website after a google search. I found it very easy to set up a subscription and then it was still easy to select and personalize an ecard to send to my Mum for her birthday. She was very happy with it.
This was very satisfying and so far I am very happy using this website, and have no reason to think that my further use with these guys will not be difficult at all. The subscription is very reasonable when i consider how much it costs per month - and I will be making a lot of use of this fantastic ecard service.

I really do love JibJab! It's so easy to do/create and my family really enjoys watching the videos that I send them! I usually send dancing videos of "themselves" on their birthdays, Father Day's or anniversary! It is comical and they enjoy being the "star" of the video! I also love that JibJab keeps it updated and adds new videos for us to use! It is also so reasonably priced, that I'm able to keep it year after year! As long as my parents are on fb, I'll be using JibJab for a long time!
Includes lots of funny videos that are worth paying the subscription for. However, some can be a tad offensive. I just don't use those, and I really like the site!
Jib Jab cards are easy to produce and send, and lots of fun to receive. Everyone I have sent them to has been delighted. They are very good value for money and I highly recommend them.
