Totally made my morning. I bought the app right away.
I tried to make a video card & was only picture. It had me go thru everything to see where the mouths would move but was only a picture. Then when I was checking out, I thought I'd get to see the price before final purchase & I didn't so it automatically signed me up for a subscription.
Lots of fun to create videos and fun for recipients to receive.
Wish there were more videos and less "static"cards.
It would also be nice if there were more cards for couples to send.

There was no obvious mention of the subscription charge- i thought i was just paying for 1 card. Very misleading. Obviously very small print, blink and u miss it! Tried to cancel' no option to do so. And when the card arrived, my uploaded face wasn't even on it! Very angry. Desperate for a refund.
I love the good, clean fun that this site provides! There is too much in this crazy world that is degrading and rank, so I love the laughs I get from JibJab!
I tried to watch the movie LOL and it said i needed silverlight to download it which i did and then try and refresh the page and it would work so i did and then it said if that doesn't work download HMTL5 then refresh the page and try again and none of those worked so I just ended up watching the movie on youtube which still sucked but was a little better.

Terrible! I was under the assumption I was paying 1.50 for the month. I tried to cancel this when I saw an 18.00 charge to my bank account. The card never was displayed on Facebook and now I am left with an 18.00 charge on my bank account I do not want. Please cancel this charge and refund my money!
