I paid for a membership, but every time I try to make a video, it asks me for payment information again. I'm logged in, so I can't do anything. I'm not paying 18 bucks every time.
With not getting actual cards in the mail on time, these ecards were personalized, hilarious and instant for Father's Day!
I was in a pinch when I decided to send my son a Fathers Day jib jab card. He and his kids watched it several times.
I got my brother good! The set up was easy and the prompt that helps you line up the eyes is great. My brother's eyes always seemed to be looking at us!
I wish there were more choices, for the video messages, especially. Just some fun choices, not necessarily having to do with specific days, holidays, or celebrations.
Like, I wish there were some 'friendship' ones you could put a friend or 2 or 3 in - just because. Or a 'wishing you a nice day' - something where the person(s) still move their mouths, or sing, cause those are the funniest.
The dance ones - where no one talks or sings and the mouths never move, I don't think they are as engaging. Just some few spots in them where the faces talk a little, would make it more fun.
I thoroughly enjoyed making my fathers' day cards, and loved the ease of uploading/personalizing them. But then... nobody received their cards! I had to query every recipient (which pretty much ruins the fun and surprise), then had to re-send for them to receive the cards. Other sites manage to get cards to me without their being stuck in spam folder, so why not jib-jab? Especially since i've paid for a year's membership. Quite disappointing.

In the Facebook app thee was a ad from Father's day videos. They're supposed to be 1.80. I paid through Amazon. Got a bill for 18.00. Not happy. 10 times more than what ad said.

Tried to make a Father's Day card for 2.00 only to find I paid 18.00 for the year
I then tried again to make the card and still could not access unless I signed up for another 4 dollars a month... Very disappointed... All that and no Father's Day card!
The cards are great and easy to make and send. However, I had to resend over half of the Father's Day Cards for the recipient's to receive them. Glad there was a way to track them to show that the cards were unopened. But then I had to ask people if they received a card, which ruined the surprise. When they said no and checked their Junk Mail, etc. I resent them and they arrived right away. Hopefully that won't be the case every time I use Jib Jab. Busy Day perhaps?
