I really appreciate that you have some FREE JibJabs to send out. And I know allot of my email buddies have enjoyed getting this type of funny email with all the Politics and bad news on TV lately-it is a pleasure to send something to lift the spirits some. There is one problem that I found on this site. When I made an error in what I wrote to all my email buddies about the video, there was no option to correct it before I sent it out. So I sent it anyhow, but it wasn't perfect.

I signed up to send a Father's Day card to my husband. It didn't work. In wasn't able to get his picture in the video. Very disappointing.

I enjoyed using jib jab. It was easy. It was a nice alternative to a regular card and funny. I don't know that I'll continue beyond a few cards during my subscription period however. I would like the option to purchase them individually. I wish the card could be more personalized. Also, I wish the Dad characters were more diverse in the activities they are doing in the ecards.
Got on the site. For a fathers Day, I picked three men to receive their video. Two received, the third did not. When I went back into the site to resend, it recognized my name snd password, but when I went through the whole process it would not send, it sent me back to the very beginning. It was extremely frustrating. I didn't have the time to keep doing this and zi thought if this happens again on the next occasion I would be furious, $18.00 is a lot of money for me to waste. I love this technology and the results when everything works out. I was very sorry to ask for a refund, but delighted that it was granted in a timely manner. Very professional.
I found the site to be very confusing. 1) Someone's face whom I didn't know ended up on my husband's card 2) I ended up with a subscription for $18 that I didn't know I was getting. I have used countless websites over the years, but have never used one so confusing and deceptive.
It was never sent to my husband. So He had to watch the edit one from my computer.
